Dear Az Revdex.com.This customer was told by myself and my legal team that they would get a full $ 6,deposit paid in full.I did not force them to get legal councilI did not become angry in anyway at anytimeI am out moneythat I paid the draftsman and permit fees plus my time as a contractor.In no way did my company scam this customer at anytime nor did I lie about anything.This is not an accurate observation of what happened.I stand behind that the customer will get there full deposit back.This complaint should be dismissed

Mr H*** obtained a lawyer to detail the terms of us to receive our rightfully owed deposit backThe condition to receive our deposit back was alarming, in part it read: You, on behalf of yourself, your agents, heirs and assigns, and spouse (if any) do hereby forever release and discharge H*** and Sons and its successors, assigns, representatives, attorneys, administrators, members, managers and agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, debts, damages, obligations, causes of action or suits at law or in equity (collectively referred to as “Claims”), of any and every kind, nature, or description whatsoever, which you may have had, now have or may now or hereafter have or assert against H*** and Sons on account of any matter whatever arising from the beginning of time through the date of this Agreement, whether such Claims are known or unknown, knowable or unknowable, suspected or unsuspected. In speaking with Mr Hoctors attorney, I expressed my concern to sign that agreementI told him it was so ambiguous that I feared even a negative review could put us in breachHe stated that he would ask us to remove and retract all negative commentsIn the event of not having to endure legal fees, I stated my demands per his attorney and asked for the deposit within days, and pick up abandoned construction materialsI received no responseMr H*** did not occur any expensesOur permits were rejected so nothing was expended. Mr Hoctors continuous no shows resulted in us having to incur more expenses of $because of the delay of the baseboards, I've missed days of work, we were forced to obtain council due to Mr Hoctors breach of contract and file a civil lawsuit with the State of Arizona At at this point his response is an insultMr H*** has promised on numerous different dates when we would receive our deposit

In the past year I needed my two story house painted. It had the original paint on it from 17 years ago. I contacted Mirage Custom Homes, LLC. The owner, [redacted], came out to give an estimate. He came out at the appointed time and was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a very fair estimate so we hired his company to do the painting. We also had some tile roof damage so his worker patched the roof and replaced the cracked roof tiles. All the work was completed in a timely fashion. [redacted] and his employees did an outstanding job and were easy to work with. I would rate the job done as outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mirage Custom Homes LLC to everyone.
