Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Your response is only partially true Your workmen NEVER came to my house regarding the stains on the decking Your wife contacted the manufacturer and over the phone she told me a product to buy that removed the stains I informed your wife that the product worked and I removed the stains successfully Your workmen were sent to my house once in July but NEVER repaired the deck board that came loose Your wife informed me that they did not have the proper tool and that you needed to return to do the repair You NEVER returned and the board is still loose I will deal with the gate dragging but I want the loose board repaired It is a tripping hazard I called your phone number, left e-mails and many text messages so please do not say that you were not informed of the problemPLEASE REPAIR THE BOARD!!!! Ms *** contracted work from my company on 7/2014, but the deck and fence was not finished until after 9/1/and the problem with a gate sagging and a loose deck board could not have occurred before the project was finished. Ms*** hired my company in to put in a clothesline and
an outdoor shower and there was no issue at that time eitherI have never received a call to my business about a problem, however per her contract, gates are only warranted for days, not years. If my company was still open I would have charged a fee to come out and do a gate adjustment and any other repair she requestedI understand my workmen had been out to assist with removing spots she reported on deck boards from an unknown source in 2015, no fee was charged at the time as a courtesy, but she was told what the manufacturer recommended.My company closed as of 12/31/SNK Fence Inc is not open and has not renewed the contractor license due to expire at the end of the monthI am sorry for the inconvenience.*** ***
