Mirage Property Management

Well where to start on this placeFirst they had bed bugs and then the office continuously lied about it to the residents living next or below the infected apartment(WHILE THE ISPECTOR WAS GOING THROUGH THE INFECTED APARTMENT AND MY NEIGHBORS WERE INFORMING ME WHAT WAS GOING ON WHILE IT WAS HAPPENING) and Kesa lied to her boss(Terr) and told her I wanted an inspection which I have emails going back and forth proving I never did and not to mentioned once I talked to Terri she finally admitted to the problem and I scheduled for someone to come in and put up a "Barrier"Told them I would take off work to meet them there and let them inI DID NOT WANT THEM IN MY APARTMENT WITHOUT ME ! AND I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO ENTERWell got there and apparently the guy was early and they went in anyways which when I called the city they said was illegal Now I get a bill for move out and nothing is clearly stated on the bill for my charges and I have been ignored for days on things I am asking questions about itWas charged for locks and keys and supposedly didn't pay the correct pro-rate but they have my keys(Supposedly supposed to adjust that $charge but still nothing and still being ignored) and cant tell me what my "Pro-rate" Should have beenNOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE AT MIRAGE OR AZURE! DO NOT MOVE IN!

I had my neighbor above me work on his own plus after I moved in. Maintenance replaced bathroom and kitchen flooring and placed fans and a dehumidifier in the apt. Water came through every light fixture, ceiling fan, vent, and smoke alarms. They put me up in the hotel they own for 6 days and came the day I came mbing causing my apt. to flood 18 dayback and removed the fans and dehumidifier and put my closet/washer dryer doors on and left and have NEVER returned even though I've called the office 4 times in the past 6 days. I should of called 6 times!!! No one has ever shown up. They say maintenance is busy getting apts. ready for move in's. So once they get you here they can treat you how ever I guess. My closet doors are stuck and won't budge. can't get into my washer/dryer ( washer not spinning out right )and barely into my main clothes closet. The bedroom door frame is swelled and bowing so my door won't close. The electrical smoke alarm is unplugged because it keeps going off. I changed the back up battery at managements request but it continued to go off. ( I'm sure because it's shorting out from water pouring through the electrical ) I took the battery out and plugged it back in but then all it does is chirps nonstop so it's unplugged ( non-functioning ) I'm still concerned about black mold occurring from the water passing through the insulation before exiting out via any place it could in my apt. I'm concerned for my and surrounding neighbors health. If something isn't done SOON I feel I have no choice but to go to the City Inspector and the Fire Marshall
