Review: I signed up for a free trial of their product, Garcinia Cambogia. Upon taking the supplement, I started having migraines and acid reflux of which I have never had either before. Upon stopping the supplement, the symptoms also stopped. I tried to talk to customer service about the issue and was told no refunds would be given. I was also told no supervisors were available to assist and never would be. I hung up and called back and got the same representative. They have charged me $84 for a product I cant and will not use due to the horrible side effects. I am happy to return the unused product and am requesting a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund money charged and if they desire I can return unused product

Review: I got a pop up on my computer when I was online offering a free sample of a weight loss product. I agreed to pay $5.99 for shipping. Right after I ordered I did some research and realized the side effects was not worth the risk of using the product. I never received the product or any type of correspondence from this company. I noticed about 10 days later that my credit card was billed for an additional $84.97. I called the company to cancel and future billing or product and spoke with 2 representatives that were very unprofessional and rude that insisted that I had received the product.

One of the representatives [redacted] employee number [redacted] (or that is what she told me) said she tracked the sample order with the post office and it was delivered. I asked who signed for it and she said there is no record of it. I have been scammed out of the $5.99 (that I agreed to and not received) and $84.97 which is totally fraudulent! I to this day have never received anything only charges and insults from their employees. They should be shutdown!!!Desired Settlement: Refund my $5.99 and $84.97 ($90.96) immediately!!
