I rented a water unit for my dorm room for the 2015-school yearThey brought the unit to me on time in August and I had no trouble with the bottle delivery each monthGetting rid of the unit at the end of the year was a whole different storyI was told that I could get it picked up whenever I needed to, but when I called they said that it "wasn't the time for pickup in the area but they would make an exception"If you are selling to college students in a dorm, how can you not have a pickup time in May? So I scheduled a pickup weeks in advanceNo one shows up on my scheduled dayI have to get the unit out or Residence life will charge me a fee to move itI call Culligan and the same person who took my call weeks before tells me that he remembers my call but has no idea why no one showed upMy roommate and I have to move out, but I give him special instructions for pickup the next dayI get a call from the delivery man the next day who obviously didn't get any information that I shared with the phone operator and doesn't understand that we are no longer living in the roomNow, over the summer, I have gotten calls about the unit even though it's been picked upComunication obviously needs improvement between the customer service and the delivery side of the business
