Excellent Service
I had Miramar Carpet Cleaning service 2 properties, and they did an amazing job, quickly, at an affordable price. Aaron and Ivan are true professionals and are passionate about their work. I HIGHLY recommend this organization if you need your carpet and tile cleaned. Simply fantastic! Thank you so much Aaron!

TCM would like to clarify that the time frame noted in the complaint is incorrectService was on Friday, June 23, and the customer call back was days later, on July 7, TCM would like to clarify that this home was NOT backed up with "sewer water" (meaning water mixed with human waste), it was a sink back up with food/hair, which is very different than human fecal and urine wasteTCM does not do warranty work for kitchen sinks on the weekends, but does service these rare callbacks as priorities on Monday mornings, which is what the owner of TCM proposed to the homeownerThe homeowner left a voice mail with TMC asking for callback service to take place on Monday, July 9, This service was scheduled.The homeowner called TCM on Sunday, July 9, to express her dissatisfaction with the original service and her dissatisfaction with another companies costShe demanded that TCM reimburse her for both, TCM's service, as well as, the other company that she chose to call over the weekendWhen the homeowner called, she was overheard by others, as it was a Sunday morning, and the customers tone was defined as "ranting"TCM was with other people who heard the phone conversation and they stated that TCM tried to talk to the homeowner but was then overheard abruptly asking the homeowner to call back when she calmed down so he could explain how the plumbing works in her homeTCM said, "I am not going to discuss this any further with you until you calm downPlease call back when you are calm." TCM then hung upThe homeowner called back right away and without missing a beat, continued to rant without allowing for explanationTCM said, "you have not calmed down so I am hanging up"TCM hung upThe homeowner then called back and said that she would see TCM in small claims courtTCM responded with an "OK" and hung up.On Monday, July 10, the original service tech was close to this homeowners house and decided to stop in at Gail's home and explain how drainage and/or clogs through each of her drains worksGail now has a better understanding of the process that TCM used and is now satisfied with the service providedShe shared that she would only call TCM if the service tech, Jayme, was her technicianJayme provided the homeowner with his direct numberTCM believes this matter is now resolved

Honest communication in regards to the life of our carpet, great fair price for service .. very professional and polite! 2nd time Ive used this company and plan to do so again!

I had a horrible experience with a carpet cleaner off groupon (Lesson Learner) and I called Miramar and they came the same day to RESOLVE the issues and gave me service ABOVE and BEYOND what would be expected! I have been using Aaron and his company for years and would not think of going elsewhere. Very thorough, courteous, fair price and my carpets always come out looking great!! Highly recommend Miramar Carpet & Upholstery Care

Will definitely come back tot his company the next time I am looking to have my carpets cleaned.
[redacted] and his crew were there right on time and were to work right away. I was told about the products that were used and how they used them. [redacted] asked me if I wanted my living room done as well as my back room. I said no at first due to me thinking it would take long to dry, but he said it would only take a few hours and he was right!
THe main point is that he got my carpet looking almost brand new (Still some stains because of fault on my own)
He was very friendly, even concerned about my cat when I though he had ran out, he also explained to me why they had a bad review on yelp and why the customer was furious.
I LOVED my experience with Miramar and am definitely coing back to them.

Miramar carpet cleaning is the best. They are so professional and polite, and do an amazing job cleaning carpet. Their new power scrubber really does the job at getting the carpet ready for steam cleaning. My 15 year old looks like new! This is my second time using them and I am even happier now than the first time. I will definitely be using them again.

I have used lots of carpet cleaning companies and this by far is the best. I have been using them for the last couple of years and they have done a super job. My carpets always look brand new and last year I had a couple chairs cleaned that I have had for over 20 years and had never been cleaned and ended up looking brand new. They have a new system in place and it was even better. This last time I had the owner cleaning along with a helper. I have a friend who has used them before and she swears by them.

Incredible customer service and AMAZING results!! We use Miramar exclusively for our Property Management Co. and they are fantastic - always provides terrific service, wonderful results and fair prices. We couldn't be happier with them!

Miramar carpets have been doing my carpets for 5 years now. They are the best! I have reccomended them to all my friends and family and now they use no one else. I have 5 dogs and 5 cats and I always go to [redacted], at least once a month, and my carpets look brand new each time. The Miramar team, led by [redacted], are friendly, courteous and extremely efficiant. I highly reccomend them!

Over the last 7 years I have had four other companies clean my carpet. Miramar has done the best job. [redacted]

Their new power scrubber really gets out the dirt. I would highly recommend Miramar to clean your carpet.

I had Miramar Carpet & Upholstery cleaning, Come out to clean my carpets. They did a horrible job, They advertise they do a 4 stage carpet clean. Prespray, carpet scrub top to bottom in both directions, steam clean, then they use a carpet dryer to help carpet dry faster. When he came to my house he only did 2 stages half [redacted] at that. He presprayed and stem cleaned he wasdone in 20 25 min. My carpets we're soaked

I asked him about the stage process and he said we don't do that all the time. I called the office and they girl basically said he knows what he's doing carpets will be fine. My carpet looks awful. I called the office and nobody will return my call. I just want everyone to know this company sucks. I will never use them again and other people should be careful before you choose them to clean your carpets. There not honest, they don't return your calls if you have a issue.

Miramar is the most professional carpet & upholstery cleaning service I have ever used. They are punctual, clean and don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They protect my carpets with plastic or small styrofoam squares so the furniture doesn't stain the cleaned areas. I have used them for several years and have always been over-the-top please with their service. Great family fun business. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I highly recommend Miramar Carpet & Upholstery Care. They have worked miracles with my pet soiled carpet and also done a fantastic job cleaning my rental property both the carpet and tile.
