So I called in and inquired about a pre-owned vehicle that I saw online, at this dealership Infiniti of BeachwoodAnd by far was the most disappointing experienceI spoke to the salesman about the car and I explained that I will be driving from Detroit, Michigan to purchase the vehicle(That is hours of driving miles) and want to make sure it is at least what it looks like online, so I wont have to drive all the way for nothingThe salesman told me all the details about the car and we agreed on a priceAlso I did put a deposit of $to reserve the carI started my drive to the dealershipI got there looked at the car and it was disgusting from the insideThere was dog hair by the 3rd row seating, the front had some sticky stuff by the gear shift, which was ok since the will have to clean it and I have to wait longerI did ask the salesman if the point inspection was done and he said yes, since I was buying a Certified preowned vehicleObviously nothing was done, because I requested to open the hood and to my shock to see the windshield wiper fluid was empty, and the battery had Acid leaks all over it and around the engine compartmentsI asked the salesman about it, and if the inspection was really done, however there was no answerAt that time I started to have doubtsFew moments later as I am waiting outside, the manager comes out and tells me that that there is a problem, and that he cant deliver the car to me today, because there is a safety recall and it cant be sold until its fixed, and that the part was already ordered and the will get it in a monthSo not just he cant sell the car, but he know about it and still marketed the car for saleTo summarize my story, Dealerships are all the same overpromise under deliverall the commercials that you see for an EXEPTIONAL OFFER, or ATTRACTIVE OFFER is non senseall the inspection that they promise they do with the point inspection, is actually not being doneThey get the car back from lease, auction or a trade in, they wash and clean it, and that's how much of an inspection they do on it for the range of $2500-$that you pay to Certify the carSo disappointed that this turned out to be this way, since I just sold my wife's car and we are in need of another one immediatelyInfiniti of Beachwood Ohio, Thank you for nothing

I am writing to tell you about my car buying experience with Infiniti of Beachwood in Lyndhurst,Ohio.First I must say that I live in Buffalo,NY and didn't want to limit myself to just the local inventory so I decided to look at dealers who were just a short drive away.I was in the market for a used g37x with low miles so I looked on line and found what I was looking for at Beachwood. I made contact with one of their Internet sales people and after I told her what I was interested in she directed me to a salesman (Ray)whom I made a deal with. Over the next couple days we worked out a deal over the phone on a used certified (according to the picture posted on their website) g37x. In order to speed up the process he was able to match the interest rate that I could get with my credit union, but would have taken a few days for me to get processed. We agreed on the price, interest rate and what my payments would be,so I
gave him a credit card payment of $1000 to hold the deal and said I would see him tomorrow.
The next day when I arrived I was greeted by Ray and another salesman (Dominic) who now was taking over the deal. Before we got started I was asked to sign a paper"to get things started". This paper had figures on it that we're way over what was discussed on the phone. When I refused to sign Dominic looked surprised as if he had no idea what I worked out with Ray,so he left to go find Ray. When they returned the payment price was closer but sill off by about $5 a month. Ray said it was close enough,to which I said $5 over 72 months is $360,do you want to give me $360? So I didn't sign and he directed me to the finance guy,Eric,I never saw Ray again. Eric went over the warranties it was here were I found out the car was not certified like it said in the picture. When I asked about the picture he said it was not the picture of the car and explained to me what it would cost to get the car certified and then what it would cost to get the extended warranty. Both costs were way over what Ray quoted me. Eric looked at me like I was making this up so I told him to get Ray back in so I could confront him and make Eric aware of what we discussed. He did not and I declined to pay for the warranties, so we went on to the financing part.
When Eric looked over the deal and asked me to sign,(of course it wasn't what was agreed on) he left the room I assume to talked to Ray. After all this when he got back I still bought the car.
Now that I signed for the car I asked Eric, seeing that I was going to have the car registered in New York State, how do I get it registered. He said not to worry that I would be issued a temporary plate for 30 days. Two days later I went to theNYSDMV and they told me before I could register the car I would need 3 things, the title or lien, permission from Beachwood to register the car in New York State and temporary power of attorney. So for the next week I left numerous messages with Ray,Dominic, and Eric simply asking to help me register this car. Finally I asked to speak to a manager and spoke with Harlan. It wasn't till then that my phone started to ring. Everyone called back,Eric explained to me they would take care of it and not to worry.
Two more weeks past and I was 3 days before the temp plate was to expire,so I called and asked for Ray. It was then that I was informed he was no longer with them. Not only was Ray gone I also found out that Eric was gone as well.
Enter another manager Mariane(the saving grace). After explaining to Mariane that after everything that has gone on I still simply only wanted to register the car,she said she would get to the bottom of it. She sent me another temporary plate and said she was told the car would be registered. I waited for 28 days and nothing. It was the 4th of July weekend and Mariane was not in the office,so my temp plate expired and I was not able to drive my vehicle for nine days. It was after the nine days that I finally got my New York State registration and plates. Almost 3 months after purchase.
I like to think I am a pretty patient person, giving people the benefit of a doubt and all. I'm not one to write letters but felt I had to write this one, only because after all this I never got any kind of compensation not even a phone call from Beachwood. Not to mention that even though the car was falsely advertised as certified I still purchased it anyway. I only hope that nothing else was false about this deal and I got a car I can depend on.

"No words can explain our frustrations! "
We bought two cars same day. The paperwork on car #1 had gotten lost after signed and due to that our first car payment was late. Some how there was another mix up and could not find the papers we faxed about our insurance. They told us we were in default of our contract with them, if we didn't clear it up by end of day they would need to come get the car, told that we would get a refund on the old warranty. three months later we received one check still have not seen the other check I drove there 4 times I live an hour and a half away. Car #2 paper work was never filed for tax and tag. I had to get an extension on the temp tag twice. They then gave me a dealer tag while they attempted to find the paperwork. I asked for a letter or document to put in glove box encase I was pulled over. It read something like this is ok for such person to drive this car you can contact me at Infinity any questions. Not even on a letterhead. Bought car in Jan, That was April still no tag. On top of that. The battery died 2 times was replaced. Breaks had a problem were replaced and now the breaks are acting funny again needs to go back to shop. Sheering wheel cover cracked when this happened the wheels no longer turned. They replaced that, The stereo, GPS, fuses in door, and lighters replaced. The fuel door release works sometimes. Which makes it interesting when traveling and on E. We asked if we could trade car#2 back for something else, at this point we were only two months in. They said it would be way to much not worth it. I drive a lot due to business. This car and the situations with it make me feel unsafe in it and unreliable.. The first time the car broke down I was in the city had to have the car jumped. The second time we had just come back from a flight. Car would not stop had it towed to dealership. They had it a few days, Third time car broke was traveling stopped at gas station turn car off, turn car back on for school. Automatic steering wheel starts to come into position makes unusual noise and then when I turned the wheel from side to side the wheels would not respond. It was like having a big toy car. How dangerous would that have been if I had been adjusting it up or down for comfort while driving on the highway? They had it for about two weeks. because of this I had to drive loaner for travel 12 hours to Connecticut instead on heading down to Florida from that area as I planned before car broke. I had to drive all the way back to pick it up then to Florida that made my travels almost 27 drive time hours. I missed getting to go to Disney with my mother and sister that was planned for 6 months and the special breakfast that was planned for my birthday. On top of this car seat would not hold settings so when I got in car the set would be all the way back, radio would go on and off. GPS and Blue tooth either would not connect or send you routes that were longer then on phone GPS by hours at time. In all of this our sales person was the only one who called or returned phone calls of ours for about 3 months. I spoke to several people on the phone, my husband called they never called back. One day I went in there and asked why upper management had not called they said he was unaware. Once he was aware he called and I went in to meet with him. He assured me that these things would be taken care of and could we move on from here and put it in the passed. We purchased the cars on January 9, 2016 As of today May 25,car #1 still has not been refunded over $2000.00 in the old warranty from the car we traded in as promised. Car #2 is once again scheduled to go into shop when I get home from my travels.

Review: I was seen by Dr. [redacted] on April 23/2014. It's very hard to read doctor's handwriting on his consultation result. I requested medical technician [redacted] to print doctor's handwriting more clearly a month ago. Till now, a month later, and several phone calls, the technician [redacted] still have not sent me the printed consultation result. I called again and left message for their office manager [redacted] to call me back and she never returned my phone call. I need printed consultation result now. If they can't give me printed consultation result right away, then they should not charge me the full payment.Desired Settlement: fax me printed doctor's consultation result right away or refund me.
