I am rejecting this response because:I am disturbed at the inaccuracy of the response made by this business, a point which highlights my original complaint of woeful customer serviceTo the first point in the response, when representing the client i.e* *** ***, you should have received my express written consent as you had claimed before acting on my behalfTo lie about it then and now is conduct unbecoming of a law firmThe steps taken to cancel the first contract were sloppy and inaccurate, hence days having passed by before your office had to issue an apology to the buyer's sideTo say that you represented me would only be accurate if you added the wording extremely poorly after itThis complaint response of the business did nothing to address the specifics I outlined in the original complaint, but rather they responded with vagueness of having fulfilled their end of the bargain, no matter how atrocious the process was throughout. I am deeply insulted by the audacity of the business's lies in the second half of their responseAllow me to set the record straightIn the very first conversation I had with Jacob E***, he mentioned the work he had done work with the *** ***I told him that I have been enlisted for the past years ( Which is not a vague affiliation at allI am currently serving this nation as an F-mechanic, which we discussed in making acquaintance.) and asked if he would be willing to offer any military discount for his servicesHe agreed to such at the price of $It was MrE*** who then sent me an invoice at full price and I had to remind him of his prior wordIf I was angry at all, it was that not only did he fail the represent me in any sort of an effective manner, but that he would then try and overcharge meIn the end he agreeded to the original military rateI am deeply offended that they would respond now with further accusations and liesIn no way was this complaint even remotely about the lack of a military discount and it seems his office is now trying to portray my service as a detrimentI also did not wait until the last minute to complain, but voiced my frustrations several times throughout the transaction

In the interest of resolving this matter, without a protracted online dialog, [redacted] is invited to phone me to discuss and resolve his issues in a mutually satisfactory manner.  Our offer of a partial offer remains in effect at this time.

Client entered into two separate real estate transactions.  We reviewed the first contract and recommended appropriate amendments to protect client.  Client elected to sell house to second offeror and instructed us to take the steps to cancel the first contract.  We then reviewed the...

second agreement, recommended appropriate amendments to protect client and negotiated the amendments to the satisfaction of the client.  During the course of the transaction, we represented the client - engaging in  correspondence with the buyer's attorney to negotiate and resolve various issues - ultimately preparing the final title conveyance documents and facilitating the closing of title with the second buyer.  Client represented himself in vague terms to be a member of the United States military and sought a discount on that basis. We do not offer military discounts, a factor which appeared to anger him.  At the end of the transaction, just before our invoice was to be paid at his closing, client called with a laundry list of complaints and again demanded a discount.  All services were professionally rendered and led to client's successfully selling and closing title to his home.At this time, we would consider refunding the sum of $100 to client in the interest in customer satisfaction.
