I have scanned the actual envelope that was post marked for the 4thYou will also see that is was returned back to our office by the post office.The carpet cleaning was due to pet damageI would be happy to provide the invoice from the carpet company as well as a statement that they treated the home for pet damage. I do have records from the carpet company stating they extracted, cleaned and sanitized the carpetThere are no further documented complaints that the resident was not satisfied with the extraction and cleaningBecause I was not the manager at the time this flood took place, I would be willing to cut the carpet cleaning fee in half due to the miscommunication

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:It is interesting that you say that the mail was returned to you because all other mail was forwarded just fine. Even the utility bill came to me and was paid via personal check in the property office the same week you said you mailed out the final bill. This check was even cashed. At that time the final bill could have been provided and Tammy claimed that it "wasn't ready yet." This was still with in the 14 days of me moving out and could have been resolved then. Also I received an email from Tammy (that I would be happy to send in to the Revdex.com) claiming "I have a voice mail expressing your concerns about the carpet replacement on Thursday March 5th, 2015 so it would appear you did in fact receive your move out statement." In the previous response Tammy claims that it was returned to her office so how is it that I would have receive it? I did finally receive a copy from the collection company that Miramonte sent this to before handling the situation as they should have, but I didn't receive this until last week June 5th. The flood went all the way to the living room carpet which the apartment complex never had cleaned. They just vacuumed up the water and put fans down. The water came from outside and was dirty, so how is it that I owe you 300.00 for carpet cleaning? Hello,A move out statement was mailed out on March 3, 2015. We did not have a forwarding address on file so we forwarded to the last know address. The last known address was her apartment here at Miramonte. The statement was returned to us. I am not sure if she had forwarded her mail or not, but it...

appears that it was not forwarded to her new address.The flood was noted in a work request that she had placed in the office. The charges listed on her move out statement were not related to that flood. We did keep that in mind when processing her move out.[redacted] has requested that we not speak with her any further. This makes things a little difficult to try and resolve issues. I am open to sitting down and going over charges/pictures etc.
