Terrible customer service and a waste of money for leak detection. The technician pointed to a random spot in our kitchen and suggested an expensive repair, but did not give us a written or verbal quote. The company defended him although there was no water or pipes anywhere around the area he indicated. They would not refund our money or take any responsibility for his actions. He did return to our home but left in a hurry without discussing it with me. Obviously because he knew he had made a mistake. I explained this to the company and they only defended him. [redacted] was very rude and argumentative on each encounter as we tried to resolve the problem. Blaming the customer and not the technician or their abilities to truly provided the service we paid for........ We eventually found the leak in a whole other area of the house. They still took no responsibility for poor service and only continued to blame the customer. Don't call them if you need to find a leak. Truly a scam in regards to the service we received.
