Terrible customer service and a waste of money for leak detectionThe technician pointed to a random spot in our kitchen and suggested an expensive repair, but did not give us a written or verbal quoteThe company defended him although there was no water or pipes anywhere around the area he indicatedThey would not refund our money or take any responsibility for his actionsHe did return to our home but left in a hurry without discussing it with me Obviously because he knew he had made a mistakeI explained this to the company and they only defended him [redacted] was very rude and argumentative on each encounter as we tried to resolve the problemBlaming the customer and not the technician or their abilities to truly provided the service we paid forWe eventually found the leak in a whole other area of the houseThey still took no responsibility for poor service and only continued to blame the customerDon't call them if you need to find a leakTruly a scam in regards to the service we received
