I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
This business missdiagnosed the problem existing in my vehicle from the beginning and made me make repairs that were unnecessary These repairs were made due to lack of knowledge and experience on their part They were just experimenting with my car and guessing which is not competent at all I had agreed to pay them the amount of $for a diagnostic which supposely would find the problem No they are not right.

In regards to the customer’s statement about the *** 325CI : The repair invoice totaling $690.88, it was never stated in the recorded call which we have that we were getting a part from the dealerThe list price of the mass air flow sensor from the manufacturer is $470.61; we charged the
