Miranda's Towing

My husband & I broke down in Sanford Fl on the 12th of Jan We called *** They gave Miranda's towing our info Jimmy was WonderfulHe was there very quickly and Very polite.He explained what they could do and what they couldn't He said, he was fairly new, with the company, but I found that hard to believe or he is a Very fast learner We had him tow our vehicle to the house because we had groceries etcin the carWe told him we would need a tow the next morning to the Dealership He explained again what he could do to help us that night We decided to just take the vehicle home
The next morning we called *** and got Mirandas towing again This time it was a different guy I wasn't all that impressed I don't like talking Bad about people , so that's about all I'll say .Except he had me very nervous about my keys etc for my carHe kept laying them on the flatbed I kept asking them to be put some else , But he kept saying they were fine.He towed us to the dealership we were following' but he ended up I guess going a different wayWhen he dropped the vehicle off , he just handed the service manager the keys and was going to leave *** at the Ford dealership said, He had to ask him for a name and phone numberThat he didn't offer it on his ownHe seemed to be very Hyper and Loved to talk , espabout the guy we had the night before ;-( Miranda's towing will be receiving a call about about both employees.Good & Badmy other thing is We Never received any paperwork nor did we sign anythingI found that unusual I would recommend them
