provided us with his personal name as a point of contactDue to his daughter not being here when he placed the order we would not know his daughters name, unless he provided us with that informationHer name was not monogrammed on her jacketBefore, the customer was rung up we went over the lettering and colors with the customerThe customer agreed that all the information on the work-order used to order the patches was correctThe customer signed both the invoice and work orderCustomer did ask for a refund on the sew-ons and that was refunded to himAll, letterman patches are considered customWe do not offer refunds or exchanges on custom items when customer agrees that all information is correctCustomer was asked if he would like to re-order the patch with his daughter's last name at a discount but customer refused and walked out with his refund for sew-onsThanks, *** ***
