I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
While I do acknowledge that I received the letter that was attached
to Ms. [redacted]'s response, I can say that multiple calls to that number
and during those times did not connect me with her. I reached out a
second and third time via email, and on the second email, was again
advised to call that number. Staff were generally unhelpful and put me
on hold or told me Ms. Franklin was not available. The final email I
sent before contacting the Revdex.com was to both her and the corporate office,
and neither party responded.  As such, I do not feel that this complaint has been resolved or addressed by Mirbeau.  Regards,  [redacted]
