Specifics: While I would gladly accept my refund of $140 under different circumstances, the owner clearly refuses to acknowledge that NOT responding to a client's emails, phone calls or messages at all, is what the unprofessional portion of this interaction is all about. Because of the lack of response back in August (and September, and October), I was simply asking for a refund, and that should have been a relatively easy process.
This is not a personal tit-for-tat, and I am not writing the Revdex.com to send arguments back-and-forth. When I question a local business's practices, customer service or fairness, I make sure that my voice is heard. A personal attack as a response to MY complaint to the Revdex.com seems again to perpetuate the negative professional attitude, and if that's how Mireji wants to handle it, I guess I would prefer not to have the refund.

Please not that in the past she has violated my cancellation policy by no showing once and less then 24 cancellation 2 times which I didn't inforce or charge her for. Also she posted on Yelp a bad review of my business with claims unfounded again about how I may choose to market my business through groupon. Complaining about my studio being cramped. Saying my facials were just"ok" yet took advantage of the discounted price coming I for monthly facials for almost 2 years.
