Reinbeck Festival merchant measured my head for hat which I pd with credit card $268.50.Hat arrived months later, poorly constructedno contac Purchased hat at Reinbeck Festival paying $She measured my head too small and the quality of the hat was no where near the quality of the sample hat (it was delivered months after the promised date the hat would arrive)I have written the merchant 10/17, sent the hat back to her with pictures of it not fitting me and requesting my money back (5/20/18)I have never worn the hat I called and left voice messages; 8/14/18, 8/28/18, 9/10/18, 10/1/ On 10/1/I wrote a letter that if I don"t hear from her by 11/1/I would contact the Revdex.com I have no hat and no refund I am embarrassed by this....this has never happened to me regarding a purchase....I would not want this to happen to any one else I have copies of all the letters and certified ups delivery [redacted] ANP, C

After admiring her beautiful hats for years I saved up and purchased a hat from Miriam at the NY Sheep and Wool festival in OctAt that time Miriam indicated that she would mail the hat to me in time for Christmas It is now FebMiriam has not delivered my hat nor responded to multiple voice-mail and email messages The one instance when the phone was answered ( it sounded like Miriam) the person responded to my polite to talk with Miriam about my order by hanging up on me
