the final message, it was sent by me I was just logged into my husband's email. Sorry if there was confusion there for Bob, I was not trying to be disrespectful. I am glad to finally have received our photos and hopefully be done with this entire ordeal. Bob was threatening to not send our photos if we posted any negative complaints about them on any sites. My sister helped me to persuade him to finally send the photos after numerous emails back and forth. I hope that other people can avoid a situation like this and that Bob's extremely poor business practices will be known so that he cannot continue to mistreat and disrespect any future customers.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Thank you for your help in settling this unfortunate business transaction.
