Mrs. [redacted] came to my shop with 2 dresses in need of alteration. I told her it would be $70 each and it will be ready in one week. She came back two weeks later to pick them up and refused to pay the $140 I quoted, stating I told her it was $70 for both and I was charging her double....

Mrs. [redacted] was a repeat customer and has been always satisfied with my service and pricing. It is possible that with my limited English there was a misunderstanding or miscommunication but never in my 40 yrs being in business I had double charged or even over charged any customers. For last 40 yrs I pride myself of providing quality work and reasonable prices. I have customers who are coming to my shop for last 40 yrs, generations of moms, daughters and granddaughters, always satisfied with both my work and prices. I will reach out to Mrs. [redacted] to see if we can resolve this matter.
