Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your time and efforts in resolving the complaint I have with my patient Please take a minute to evaluate my concerns and issuesWhen [redacted] came in for a consult, I had no problem communicating with her, and also phone call was made to [redacted] and approved by him before any procedure was startedWe made adjustments to their account after the claim was paid and processed by their insurance companyThis is an example on how claims are processed: Doctors fees(which are my fees) are submitted to the insurance company The Insurance than processes my fees and informs me of any adjustments to the contracted fees and accepted fees which were negotiated between myself and the insurance company An insurance adjustment is than made to a patients account, once I receive a payment from them For example, If I charge $for a procedure, I than submit it to the insurance company, They will in writing, let me know how much of a discount the patients receivesSo if the adjustment is 50.00, than the patient would be responsible for $I did not go over the $maximum for [redacted] because adjustments were made I would highly recommend that [redacted] please contact his insurance company for the explanation of his benefits and also all payments and all adjustments made to his account An authorized and signed financial agreement is on file and was mailed to the patient Thank you for your time Sincerely, Mirko Vombergar DDS
