I will not be honoring this customers groupons and have read this complaint and it's completely There was no profane words exchanged customer doesn't understand that we are a business and offering one voucher per customer as a introductory to the company and our services but it's customers
such as these that abuse the Groupon and don't care to support s local businessAs long as there's a deal these customers are buying but the moment they gotta pay full price and help out the local business

I am rejecting this response because:Let me begin by saying I fully understand business and support both small and large business in our town personally having worked in management roles in mom and pop shops and muliti-million dollar retail stores. The lack of focus on the customer or ability for the owner to even offer a compromise to the situation  in the response to this complaint alone shows how little the customer means to this business. I have never submitted a Revdex.com complaint in my life and felt so wrongly scammed by this small business that I feel this is one of my only avenues. As stated before the Groupon voucher did not say 1 per household and in fact explicitly stated multiple vouchers per household were able to be used. Regardless of this very "black and white" printed statement on the front of the voucher, we were not purchasing multiple on the same Groupon account. I Purchased one deal for my vehicle and my girlfriend purchased the other on her Groupon account completely unrelated to mine. I was calling to schedule both appointments as a favor to the girlfriend, at which point the pre-purchased service was denied because I knew the person that purchased the separate Groupon. We also Purchased separate packages for two separate cars not one for both. I fully support many small business and have many favorite shops around town, but do not support owners that hang up on customers, alter and lie about printed promotions and do not honor pre-purchased services the business has set up and agreed to honor. When I called Groupon to refund my account (which they did) the service rep mentioned that "Mirror Image" was under investigation by them for violating terms and conditions and already had multiple complaints about not honoring pre-purchased services.  I will not be satisfied and will continue to utilize channels available to me (i.e. attorney generals office, etc.) until the owner of the business sincerely apologizes for the issue and finds a resolution or services can be competed by the company at the price indicated on the Groupon for both vehicles.
