Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:When I cancelled my trial appointment I cancelled the appointment with more than hour noticeI was never made aware of policies regarding trials or tardyThe day that I called to schedule my appointment and gave a 25% deposit I was not in a rush and she was the one that was very short and pretty much unable to answer any of my questions rushing to get off the phone because she was with someone else So much that her secretary called me back and to apologize and said I could call back if I had anything else to sayI let the rudeness go because I just figured she was having a bad day and anyone can have oneAt that moment I was asked to come in earlier from my original appointment at 11am and the person I spoke with agreed to 10:The day Of the wedding I was there at 10:yes her front door was locked I saw another door In the back of the building so I walked around to the back and found saw the entrance to the building while trying to find he entrance I texted her I was lost and that is when I saw her messagesI never thought she would leave her business for a hour appointment for peopleWhen I tried to speak with her she was short and sarcastic stating it was not possible to speak her and sarcastically saying " have a nice day" and immediately blocking from communicating with herAt that moment I was just trying to communicate with her because obviously there was a miscommunication it was my wedding day it is crazy to think I would personally ruin my own dayYes my Friends and family immediately wrote bad reviews on her site and stated our side of the story she than decided to have back and forth arguments instead of sticking to a hour appointmentThe next day I called my bank because I did not authorize the charges on my card, which were made as a debit without me being present or aware,they asked me to call her I left her a message no one other than myself calledI called following my banks request, no one else made any phone calls to herI let her keep the deposit but I can't imagine why she would keep the rest of the money for a hour appointment she was not present for and never even tried to talk to meI absolutely was inside the building in front of her business and as soon as I walked away from her door she replied to my messagesNo one is bullying her just stating the factsI missed out on pictures and my cocktail hour because of her poor customer service and poor business managementI decline her response becauseIt's not the how the events happened Sincerely, Yomaira R***

text-align: left;" valign="top"> This bride was trying to take advantage of me and my business from the beginningI'm running a business with other clients that are just as importantShe scheduled a trial which is mandatory at my shopI didn't take a credit card for her appointment because she was in a rush and kept trying to put me on hold while she was at workShe ended up canceling the night before her appointment stating she worked a double shiftNow that appointment could not be filled and I lost moneyI was very nice and let it goShe had now gotten of her mandatory trial and I also let that goI told her she still needed to put down a credit card with 25% non refundable deposit for her timeShe booked her makeup appointment for 10:a.mfor that dayThey never showed upI sent a message through *** (because that seemed to be the most successful way of contacting her) at around or after 10a.mstating "hope to see you soon all appointments minutes late are automatically canceled"I had no responseAt around after I sent another message stating the appointment was canceledMy policy states that if you are minutes late with no call, your appointment is canceled and you will be charged for you appointmentThis is my policy, these are my rulesIt is absolutely ridiculous they think they should get there money backSmall businesses have to reinforce these policies or we will go out of businessThis is an outrage and is very close to bullyingThe brides friends and family were bashing and slandering my business all over *** and on my *** business pageSending me harassing messages one after anotherThese girls think this is OK because I am a small businessI have to stick by my policy and rules because I'm a very little Beauty barI operate by appointment onlyWhen customers schedule appointments I block off that time so I cannot take other customersTime is very crucial since I am the only makeup artistI didn't get a response back from her until 10:stating she was lost and didn't know were she was goingAt 10:I had already locked up my shop and the entire buildingI was on my way home under the assumption they where not comingThey state they were inside the building outside my door and I wouldn't let them inThis is just not trueThe doors where locked and I was gone there is no way possible they were inside the buildingThey also stated they were outside my door and I was listening to them talk and wouldn't open the doorsthat is a flat out liethere is no way possible, the building was completely lockedThey had stated there appointment was at 10:it was not, it was for 10:00a.mIf they had contacted me earlier to say they were running late, I would have worked with them but they didn't and minutes late is unacceptable in any business

The day that I called to schedule my appointment and gave a 25% deposit I was not in a rush and she was the one that was very short and pretty much unable to answer any of my questions rushing to get off the phone because she was with someone else So much that her secretary called me back and to apologize and said I could call back if I had anything else to say. Now that appointment could not be filled and I lost money. I was very nice and let it go. She had now gotten of her mandatory trial and I also let that go. I told her she still needed to put down a credit card with 25% non refundable deposit for her time. She booked her makeup appointment for 10:00 a.m. for that day. They never showed up. My policy states that if you are 15 minutes late with no call, your appointment is canceled and you will be charged for you appointment. This is my policy, these are my rules.
