Review: A leopard mirrored jewelry armoire was ordered from Home Shopping Network (HSN) on April 22, 2013 as a May 2013 birthday gift for my daughter. Approximately six months later on Monday 10-28-2013, my daughter informed me that this product was "tearing up - coming apart" from the wall installation in her closet. I contacted HSN Customer Service later that evening and was informed by HSN Customer Service that they could no longer resolve the issue with this product since their 30-day return policy had expired and I should contact the Vendor (Mirrotek International) directly @###-###-####. I contacted Mirrotek International the following day (10-29-2013) and explained the issue with the mirrored jewelry armoire purchase from HSN. Mirrotek International Customer Service (or the lack thereof) was unapologetic, refused my request to speak with a supervisor, informed me that I needed to contact HSN again since I purchased the item from them, and finally said that she "didn't have time to deal with this". This is NOT an isolated case with the mirrored jewelry armoire or Mirrotek International and several reviews on HSN.com reflect poor construction, cheap material, and rude customer service from Mirrotek International.Desired Settlement: HSN.com should be made aware of the Vendor (Mirrotek International) that they have partnered with and the poor workmanship of this product and more importantly Customer Service that does not value and respect consumers. Since my experience with Mirrotek International was a negative one, I would prefer a full refund-credit card credit versus a replacement of this particular product or any other credit with this company.

Review: I ordered my jewelry armoire from [redacted] 10/25/2014. At the time I received the wrong product. I called [redacted] they exchanged the product for what was supposed to be the correct item, but it wasn't. Being pregnant and not wanting to deal with another return I decided to keep the jewelry armoire and just make it work. But what was missing from both products, and what is still missing today are the over the door hooks that were supposed to come with the product AND the locks. I was told by [redacted] it had been ordered several times and if I ave not received them I likely won't and I would have to contact Mirrotek myself. Today I did that and was told after spending 150+ dollars for this jewelry armoire, I would have to buy these items that were supposed to have been provided. I was also told rudely by a customer service rep that she left me a voice mail which I never received and that I should've contacted them not [redacted] initially that it says so in the packing sheet thats packed with all of the orders which I also didn't receive in the second order. I remember seeing it on the first order with instructions on how to install the over the door hooks but that one I repackaged and returned when the wrong product was sent. I was also told by [redacted] that this is a known issue with this company.Desired Settlement: I would simply like what was missing to begin with…the over the door hooks and the locks. And NOT at my expense! I have already purchased the product. It's ridiculous that I've been trying to get this since October and the company thinks I should pay for something I've already paid for.

Review: I recently bought an armoire for my mother for christmas back in aug from a television network. I did not open the package until yesterday to set it up for my mother. The product is chipped on the side and is showing cracks and wood where it should not. I called the company and they told me in order to replace it they would not pay for me to ship it to them. Mind you that this product costed over 100 dollars and it would cost over 100 dollars to ship. When I called the representative was rude and hung up on me. Terrible customer service.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome would be to have a shipping label provided to me so that the product can be replaced.
