22nd December Regarding the cancellation of your contract the Customer Service Team are correct in that the contract is not subject to cancellationAs I have already explained on the phone, you haven’t missed out on any advertising time as the two years would only commence upon your advert being published onto the TV screen.Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances there has been an ongoing issue with connectivity at the site, which we are aware of and are trying to resolve with the engineersDue to this we have offered to give you six months free advertising in addition to the two years by way of an apologyThe issues we are experiencing at this site are unusual and not practice I have noted that in your letter you have given termination notice so that the contract doesn’t roll at the end of the two yearsI have updated your account to reflect this Further to our telephone conversation today I will arrange for the $to be refunded onto the card from which you paid fromOnce the advert is published onto the TV screen we will invoice again.Regarding the site issues, I will keep in touch with you and hopefully this will be resolved once the new equipment has been installed.If there is anything else in the meantime that I can help with please don not hesitate to get in touch.Kind regardsNicola ***Canada & US Service Manager***
