[redacted] Today June 15, I did receive a call back from Gabriel about my getting a full refund back from them, as I tried to access course, but was never successful.I feel that the company's customer support and services need more training on how to assist their customers? The course itself maybe good, but it's worthless without the technical support clients may need to access it.Thank you Revdex.com for getting my issue to the appropriate party.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

*** ***,I received your letter regarding this case As the Business Manager of Lighthouse
Education, LLC, please accept the following response:*** *** requested a refund of both courses she purchased with us We refunded $on 5/16/for the Virtual Assistant course as her request was within the day time frame and she had not accessed any of the proprietary information which would forfeit the ability to refund.In terms of the Judgment and Lien Course, our systems clearly show that *** accessed the proprietary information When she did so, our system alerted her that proceeding would forfeit her ability to receive a refund for the course She clicked on the link acknowledging that she understood and downloaded the materials For this reason, we will not refund the $she paid into the $course We have, however, based on receiving the complaint from you, put a stop to any additional payments and removed her access to the course materials.We regret that Ms *** was not happy with her experience, but we responded to all of her inquiries in a timely manner and attempted to resolve her concerns through phone contact with our customer service staff.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rebut the information.Goody Z***Lighthouse Education LLC*** *** *** *** *** ***
