This business charged me for product they never shipped. No communications have been made from the company to me. I’ve requested refund of charges, no response. This business is running a fraudulent store online, taking people’s monies and not providing service as stated.

Product is shipped late, damaged, and often inedible. There is no way to contact anyone at the business. Customers should not be charged for goods severely damaged or shipped so late they are rotten, moldy, and rancid. Customers should have an avenue to address issues with the company. The only phone number provided is disconnected and emails aren't returned.

I ordered online from Misfits Market on line, Order ***, and was charged $26.50 for the order. The order was supposed to arrive on 3/31/2020. It never arrived. I contacted the company several times via their website. They never replied no refunded my money. I received a canned email saying they would contact me, and they never did. I disputed the charge with my credit card company due to the lack of response. Nor was there a phone n7mber to call and speak to someone.

I purchased their subscription service in December. I was informed on January 9th that I needed to select what was in my box and realized that the box was going to much like the last one and it didn’t fit our family needs. So instead of looking into the box, I canceled my subscription. On February 27th I was told that my account had been charged for another box. II contacted them to say that I had canceled my subscription. I was told that it was canceled through email. Then I received the box and refused the package after being told by the delivery guy that I could do that.
After contacting the company I was told multiple times that it was my mistake, even by a manager. I made the mistake on the website which I did not. I also did not purposely pause my account. Also I was told that I paused it for a month, but I received a package almost two months later.

I think that we should get more veggies and fruit but it is all in real
good condition when it gets to my house. Nothing was rotten or damaged
packaged really well. I spend more at the grocery store, than with misfits.

I have had 5 out of 15 orders have delivery issues or just plain not show up. this company debits my account every sun and is suppose to provide me with produce for the weeks. I have currently gone 2 weeks without produce whilst this company holds my money. they are processing a refund for my order 2 weeks ago debited and are about to charge me again fir next weeks order when I still have not received the last two. My family has gone hungry or without meals due to this company having both my food and grocery money. I have corresponded with their customer service representatives and gotten scripted responses without resolving the issues.

orders were delayed by the third-party delivery carrier due to weather in her area and shipping delays internal to the delivery carrier. This was outside of our control and we are truly sorry it occurred. However, we worked with *** and provided refunds for all of her orders, gave her credits on future boxes, sent a replacement box to her free of charge for the inconveniences she experienced during the holiday/winter season in her delivery area. Her refunds have all processed on our end and she is currently an active customer with us to this day.

I signed up for their services because I had a coupon after signing up I immediately canceled the service so it will not bill the next cycle. out of nowhere I receive notification that another payment was pulled. I was under the impression I canceled per what my account reflected. As soon as I saw the withdrawal from my checking account I contacted misfits via email. There is no other way to contact them and you have to wait for a response back. First attempted contact was on a Friday they did not even get back to me until Sunday. They told me there’s nothing they can do because the item was already sent over for invoicing earlier that day (Sunday) tried to explain to them I canceled services when Initially signing up so I don’t even know why a payment was pulled. I didn’t not Authorize it.

The customer claimed they cancelled their subscription, which is not accurate. Our system logs all events associated with account made by the customer, our agents/staff, and backend engineering. The account was not at any time cancelled by the subscriber prior to the next order invoicing per our terms of service and cancellation policy, both provided to the subscriber before joining. Despite the fact they didn't cancel as reported, the agent refunded them as a courtesy for a box that shipped to them which is not out policy.

This company attempted to run my credit card information and resubscribe me to a subscription without my authority months after I stopped receiving this subscription box. They emailed me to inform me that they had tried to run my card and it was unsuccessful. I never authorized a purchase from this company and hadn't received a product from this company since September. I was extremely dissatisfied with their product and immediately cancelled it. Now 4 months later they still have my payment information on file and are trying to run my card without my permission.

There has been a number of times that I have tried contact Misfits since October of this year. I am VERY DISSATISFIED with customer service. I have contacted your customer support team and received no input back on cancelling my subscription.
When I attempt to access my subscription the browser does not allow me to do so. It does nothing. My page says for a number of months that my subscription is cancelled, and yet since October I still have received 2 boxes from Misfits.

I am unhappy with the vegetables and fruits that are sent. I do not like the selection. My first box had rotten cucumbers and broken up vegetables.
In addition to the dissatisfaction of the boxes content, I have refrigerator problems and cannot keep the food cold.
Finally I do not like Misfits online customer support, to which to this day is absolutely ridiculous. The message states “One of our customer success representatives will review your message and get back to you soon. Most inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.( I have relied no response at all since October 2019 until the present time of December 2019. Have received thing from customer service) I wonder if misfits has customer service people at all since the customer like myself receives no feedback at all. I also cannot contact them at all by phone.
To this day December 24, 2019, I still cannot unsubscribe from the shipments. They continue to charge my bank account and send shipments.

An agent replied to the initial email noted in the complaint on 11/15/19, within 24 hours of the email being received on 11/14/19. All emails we received from her were replied to directly within 24 hours of the request. Below is the reply to her most recent email, which is what she submitted to you as a complaint. Please note that we received no reply to this response just as we received no reply to our previous responses to her emails. After review, it looks like you've reached out from but your account is associated with the email address It looks you created an account for but there are no orders so there is nothing to cancel. If you have not I would try signing in using Having said I want to sincerely apologize for any disappointment you've experienced with your orders. I'm so sorry if you haven't received the kind of service we want all of our valued customers to have. Rest assured this is not the norm. Please know, you can always contact us right away (pics are great!) if there's an issue and we'll be happy to credit you or discount an upcoming box if the quality or quantity of your produce is not up to our standards. It's helpful for us to know when something hasn't been delivered properly so we can confirm and document the incident to prevent it from happening again. If you're willing to give us another shot, I would love to send out a fresh, free replacement box if that might work for you? Please let me know if this might be a suitable solution for this inconvenience and when would be a good time to send out your replacement. There was never an actual agent that ever looked into my complaint only the same repeated message. I do not wish to be a subscriber to the Misfits vegetable service. Right now I am satisfied that they do not have me as a customer.

They suggest in their response that I need to Unsubscribe myself through their proper channels of How to Unsubscribe in their User page. Rest assured I do not desire to do this. I am hoping that from the Revdex.com that I do not have to

deal with Misfits anymore. The only way that Misfits stopped taking money out of my bank account ( and sending me boxes) is when I filed this complaint with the Revdex.com.

We wanted you to know that this complaint was in fact resolved. The customer was using multiple emails and did not check their account email. Please see attached communication proving we were sending multiple responses to the customer. The customer account was canceled per her request and she was refunded for her last order with us.

Don't expect customer service or to speak to a human at least. You can call them but you will only get their google voice answering service and don't expect a call back.
Not enough fruit and most vegetables were just ok but they need to allow some customization even if it's minimal. I like squash but this was overkill. Too many mystery products - a packing list should be included to minimize guessing and wasted time searching for clues online.
Even for organic produce, I don't feel like we got close to the value we paid - especially since we were receiving imperfect product.
I didn't realize I could cancel my service through the website and I thought I was going to have a problem cancelling my subscription (because they did not return my emails or phone call) but after logging into my account after a week of not hearing from them, they did cancel my subscription. However, I had no way of knowing this because, again, they sent me no email/confirmation that they actually cancelled my subscription nor did they return my call.
Come on people... it's not rocket science.

Terrible business misleading advertisement. Received my first box of delivered produce and it was mushy and rotten it should have been put in the garbage not sent to the customer as their first delivery! The only thing that did not go in the garbage was the rock hard mango. Sent e-mails to the company with no action or remedy to the issue. They state their produce is from local farms and vendor when some of the rotten produce had stickers which state product of mexico they also claim they are all organic. I went to *** and priced all that was in the $22.00 dollar box plus $5.50 shipping and *** organic produce came to $13.87. Be smart don't order and throw your money away.

My 2nd box came 3 days late and it was rotten. Customer support has ignored the issue and they blocked me on their FB page. No phone number to contact anyone. They basically stole 30 bucks from me. I cancelled my subscription and will never use this service again. Beware

I order food items and have *** zTracking information however they never put the items in to *** just printed a label .Never responds with an exact delivery date just keeps putting it off with referrals to *** ex but once contacted *** they just declined to have received any box for shipment I wanted the items before Thanksgiving for obvious reasons now I have to go shopping

Absolutely terrible practice. False advertisement.

Half of my produce was spoiled, while the rest were useless veggies like squash.

We did the math, produce from the most expensive supermarket in the area would have totalled half the cost. HALF THE COST!

Do not buy from this company.
