We receive medical supplies for my son from McKesson and they have not been getting his supplies to us in a reasonable amount of time His medical supplies were ordered on the 14th of March and we should have received them within a week By Friday, March 23rd we called them to see why the supplies had not arrived yet and they said there had been some hold up because of the computer system switch that they had just gone through We were told that there had been a rush order put on the supplies and that we would have them by Monday, March 26th They also connected us with the maker (Coloplast) of his supplies to see if they could send us a couple of spare supplies, but we were informed that this was illegal and that McKesson should have known that On Monday, March 26th we called again and were told that they had not been shipped yet because there was still a hold up in their system Being that my sons medical supplies are a need and not a want, I asked to speak with a manager because we were almost out of the supplies at that point in time I was told that the manager was busy and that she would call me back I said that I would wait because it was really important to get this issue resolved so they put me on with an assistant manager who told me there was nothing that she could do and that the manager would have to call me back that night As of this afternoon, March 26th, the manager has not called me back I did just speak with McKesson again because I called them and they still have not shipped out the supplies I asked to speak with a manager again this time and was put on hold, a few minutes later the same lady I spoke to at first came back on and said that she had just talked to the warehouse and that the supplies would be to our house tomorrow I am not sure why I was not allowed to speak with a manager again, but hopefully the products do show up tomorrow because we are down to the last and if we don't get them I am not sure what we will do

I loved *** *** but McKesson took over and has been a disappointmentThis is the second time I will be without supplies on a weekendI cannot afford an emergency room visit for suppliesI ordered my supplies at the beginning of the weekI should have the supplies in hand at this timeI am very upset with this company
