I purchased a special order wall rocker recliner on 11-14-It arrived the last week in January,I noticed the fabric on the chair has started pillingI
was not told at the time of the purchase that this fabric would immediately start pillingIf so, I would not purchased the chair
I called ce on 2-15-to see what could be doneI was told that I would need to purchase a tool to shave off the pilling and probably this will continue if the chair was regularly used I did not purchase a new chair to continually shave the fabric
This was the only solution offeredI was told that they were sorry this was happening

I purchased a bedroom suit from miskelly's May August the bed frame broke this bed was rarely used it is in a guest bedroom when we look at where the bed broke it was obvious the bed and not been assembled correctly there is a metal plate missing on the corner of the bed that brokeWe contacted Miskelly have been given the runaround treated very rudely they have been condensending and unhelpful simply saying the furniture is out of warranty and they will get back with me after the manufacturer or factory looks at it clearly they did not put the bed together correctly they left out an important piece I paid for delivery and assemble

On June 20, I received a call from a sales person that I made a purchase from the week prior that informed me that I would have to pay $for the cancellation and redelivery of merchandise purchased When I spoke to the salesman to see if I could have the delivery for hour later than the scheduled time, he never mentioned that he would cancel totally and reschedule for days later He basically canceled the order, told me that he would call back next day with the next available delivery dateHe did call back and that is when I learned of the additional $ I asked for the manager (***) and the situation escalated to her telling me that I would not get the furniture or a new delivery date until the $was taken care of The furniture was paid in full close to $900, as well as the $delivery charge from the beginning I am disappointed that a manager of such well respected company in the community would handle a long time customer in such way I am trying to resolve the issue, but if it is not handled, I as well as my family will not be shopping Miskelly's in the future Very disappointed
