I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here].  The statements made by the vendor in the above response arecategorically untrue and a mischaracterization of a legitimate customerservice/order fulfillment complaint.The facts:1.     “…insane threatening emails on almost a daily basis”– Blatant lie.  There is documented evidence to prove thatbetween the date of the order (July **, 2015) and the date of complaint (August*, 2015) there was ONE email sent on August *, 2015.  This email was sent to advise vendor that thelack of response to phone voicemails regarding update to my paid order wastroubling.  I was giving the vendor thecourtesy of advance notice that a complaint would be issued within 24 hours. Noresponse to that email!2.     Product was received more than 4 weeks after order –only after complaints were issued toRevdex.com and [redacted].  A simple updateor reason for the delay would have sufficed.3.     The unprofessional manner in which the response isworded, i.e., “crazy person” coupled with the complete and total lack ofcustomer service is indicative of someone who is not schooled in acceptable businesspractices.  That phrase could also be construed as a libelous statement.4.     The referenced “refund”was never requested (there is documented evidence to prove that fact).  The refund was a result of a [redacted]investigation in response to my request for their assistance for resolution after the total lack of communicationor delivery of product on the part of the vendor.  This was an “absence of customer service anda lack of product fulfillment” complaint. I order products on line several times monthly from a variety of largeand small companies.  Neveronce have I ever had the need to complain about an online order until now.   The vendor’s response to the Revdex.com case is anobvious desperate attempt to reverse unprofessional business practices withbrazen lies that exacerbate the issue.  Iwas willing to close the case without prejudice but the blatant lies containedin the vendor’s response needed to be exposed.  The time I have had to spend off the clock onthis case far exceeds the $46 involved.  Hopefully it will be a “lesson learned” forthe vendor.

Customer received her order, albeit about 2 weeks later than was projected. Customer also received a full refund and is still unhappy. I don't know what it is that I can do to make this crazy person stop their vendetta against my company over 3 jars of jam, that they have not only received but...

been reimbursed for.I receive insane threatening emails on almost a daily basis from this person and am at a loss a to what else I can possibly do.
