I'm sorry but we did our best to accommodate you in ever way not only were you aware we have a all sales final policy and you you inspectedTested and purchased the swing to yet not mention it was not the swing your daughter had registered online for and then did you come in and say there was a
crack and wanted a a refund ! In no way would we want to sell you a damaged swing and hope you wouldn't notice or put a baby in harm ! You were given a option to exchange for any swing in the store but none in your price range was to your liking ! And yes it was after 5pm and I was not not there and I asked you repeat my family time after hours ! Since you were texting me ! You choose to buy another swing in the store that was more money than your original purchase land I'm sorry you wernt happy with any swing but as stated in the store all sales are final and please make sure your product is to your liking before purchase !

I am rejecting this response because: I did NOT take the swing from your storeIt was noted to be damaged BEFORE I left the store at which time I was told that I purchased it and all sales were final. I was very happy with the swing as it was the same brand and type of swing that had been registered for- and I told you that I wish you would stop saying, "in your price range." I didn't have a price rangeI just happened to find a nice-looking swing of the same brand and type that had been registered forI did not have a price rangeObviously I ended up spending double of what that swing cost by purchasing a new one- without instructions or box- in your storeI think the "in your price range" is a moot pointAn "in your price range" doesn't mean an unsafe and broken swing The ONLY other swing available that didn't look extremely used was the brand new one that I ended up purchasing because there were no other optionsYou told me you would find a replacement swing- you sent me a text stating that you would find the one I had purchasedYou didn't do that You said you would refund my money- you didn't do that eitherYou didn't give me any options except to take the broken swing or purchase another in your storeThere were no other options- I HAD to purchase something that wasn't going to be a danger to a baby I do not think you knew the swing was broken when you sold it to me, however you did not make good on your word of the SAME replacement swing or a refund- both of which you assured me would be easy to do

I do not think you knew the swing was broken when you sold it to me, however you did not make good on your word of the SAME replacement swing or a refund- both of which you assured me would be easy to do
