Review: I recently bought a [redacted] deal for a 3 hour cleaning through Miss Clean Scene. I contacted them a month prior to set up a cleaning on September [redacted] after an Engagement party. I was confirmed, to my knowledge, for this cleaning, and they simply did not show up for the cleaning on the [redacted]. I received no warning that my cleaning had been cancelled, and no one could be reached by phone on that day. I called [redacted] and they too could not get in contact with anyone at the business. I did receive an email later that day from their "CEO" [redacted] promising to send me three men for 3 hours a week later after on Friday September [redacted]. However, they again did not show up and cancelled for unknown reasons. I wrote on their [redacted] page to complain, and I have since been blocked from making further comments and my comments have been removed. [redacted] has ignored all of my emails since Friday. I am incredibly unhappy, and judging by all of the reviews on [redacted] and [redacted] they seem to be running some sort of scam. This is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my apartment cleaned AND be fully 100% refunded from MissClean scene. 815 people bought their services on [redacted] and NOT ONE of them has received a cleaning. If this is true, that means that they made over 21,000 dollars from this living social deal and didn't have to deliver one cleaning service. (815 people bought a deal for 27 dollars).

Review: I purchased a [redacted] coupon for cleaning services from this company. After several emails over weeks and phone calls, as well as scheduling on their website, the company has never once replied to my repeated attempts to contact them to schedule a cleaning (outside of an automated email). I have contacted [redacted] support to have them attempt to contact the company, but the best they could tell me is to email them again which I did to no reply once again. Given lack of any human contact, there's nothing to counter prove otherwise this company isn't a non-existent shell company with no actual staff designed to scam purchasers of their coupons in hopes they'd forget to redeem the service until the coupons expire. This is a serious breach of diligence and verification which I would expect not only from [redacted] but also of this company, and a severe lack of professionalism. I intend to file claims against both [redacted] as well as Miss Clean Scene.Desired Settlement: Refund of my purchase on [redacted], or performance of services purchased in a prompt and professional manner.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for 3 hours of service for $39. I followed the Groupon instructions originally and created an account online and scheduled an appointment and was told to expect a confirmation email from the company, which I never received. After 2 weeks of waiting for a response I finally contacted Groupon directly to inquire about the unresponsiveness of the company as well as contacted Miss Clean Scene via their online contact system. Their telephone line is an automated message and then immediately disconnects the caller.

I finally received a response from Karel from Miss Clean Scene. [redacted] communicated back and forth for several dates, during which time she collected my complete address information and provided me with several potential appointment dates. We confirmed an appointment for Monday February [redacted], 2014 at 6PM. No one came to provide the cleaning service, no one called, and no one cancelled the appointment via any form of communication. Many reviews of this company via the Yelp page (http://www.yelp.com/biz/miss-clean-scene-jackson-heights) have shown similar fraudulent situations where they confirm service and no one arrives and the company becomes completely unresponsive.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund and a public explanation regarding their terrible services and fraudulent practices.

I have reviewed the response made by the business due to direct contact with Groupon, they have refunded me in the form of "Groupon bucks" for the amount spent on Miss Clean Scene services. I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: Miss Clean Scene advertised on Groupon. I purchased a cleaning from them. They cancelled the last 3 appointments - last minute. There is no way to get in touch with a human being. The phone number has you go online. I have read several reviews since then and apparently this happens to EVERYONE all across the country. [redacted] I have requested a refund from Groupon but have had such a bad experience I felt the Revdex.com needs to know so you can stop this company which I believe may not actually be a legitimate company.

Review: We received a groupon voucher for 3 hours of cleaning service however we have been unable to contact the company in question after their failure to show at the pre-determined time. Review: Cleaning Service did not come on the date agreed upon. They did not return my calls with an explanation or refund. I have REPEATEDLY tried to speak to someone at the company but can NEVER get a human.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of $28.02.

Review: I order a groupon for this company for 3 2-hour house cleaning services and made an appointment, received a confirmation, and then no one showed up. They charged me and redeemed my groupon when the service was never delivered. I called every singe department from the 800 number given just to hear that no one in any department was available. I left two messages and have never received a call back.Desired Settlement: They state on the website that they are all about professionalism and I am extremely disappointed that they can not follow though and deliver the service that was promised.

Review: I purchased a Groupon for a 3 hour Miss Clean Service for $39 and scheduled an appointment withing the timeframe of the Groupon using the online feature of Miss Clean Scene. I received a confirmation of of the appointment through email but the company did not send a reprentative at the appointment to perform the cleaning services not did they reply to my email. I tried calling them but the phone number was a recording.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money paid for the services.

Review: I purchased a [redacted] for a 3 hour cleaning service from this firm. Scheduling was quite difficult, but nonetheless, I scheduled for the service months in advance. I checked several times on their website to see that the appointment was secure. I even received an email confirming the appointment the morning of the scheduled appointment. After being an hour late, I tried to contact the company by phone, email, their website, etc. No one EVER SHOWED UP!! No one ever called to say that they might be delayed or to cancel. No one responded to my queries. If you look at your own records as well as other listings, such as [redacted]!, you will see that this is not the first time this types of complaint has been issued. They are totally DISREPUTABLE!!Desired Settlement: Full refund and complimentary service for the time wasted to meet the scheduled appointment.

Review: I bought a [redacted] for an apartment cleaning . The company took my [redacted] id number, and then failed to show up or call. The [redacted] stated that the cleaning was in the Boston area. When I called their customer service line multiple times, no one answered. They failed to respond to my e-mails as well. After looking them up on [redacted], it seems that everyone has this experience. This company is a scam.
