The driveway was sealed for the second time on Wednesday, October The problems I complained about are still there.The only thing that is better is that my driveway is now blackThe owner of Virginia Paving has not contacted me to see if I am satisfied with the results, which I am notThe only reason I agreed to have my driveway sealed is because Virginia Paving said that was all they were willing to doI do not know why they advertise all work guaranteed I am e-mailing pictures to you showing my driveway after the second sealing.Sincerely,*** ** ***
Virginia Paving was contacted to pave a driveway last September (2015)We went and removed existing drive-way, dug out for a turn-a-round, and installed a 15” inch drain pipe at the entrance of the driveway.We let the driveway sit for approximately three to four months, while homeowners were adding
an addition onto the back of their homeAt the time there was no problem with drainage to our knowledge.We returned in early December to pave the driveway, still no problem with drainage.In June we had heavy rain and the homeowner called us about a back up in a drain that we never knew existedAt that time we found a new building and landscaping close to a damaged area.I explained to homeowner that we don’t feel like we are at faultHowever, we want to help repair when we are close to their homeHomeowner seemed to be upset about not being able to reach me on the phoneI have to help on job sites with loud equipmentI receive numerous of calls throughout the day, paving jobs, sealing jobs, telemarketers etcI try very hard to answer and respond back as quickly as possibleI apologize for any inconvenience that we caused.However as soon as we were working close to homeowners homeWe saw, cut, and removed damaged pipe and installed the proper pipe needed for drainageThat’s why we didn’t feel like we were at faultNevertheless, we want to help homeowners in any way possible for the life of the drivewayThey are a very nice family and have given us a lot of recommendations to other customers.Our goal is that homeowners are satisfiedWhile in the process of cleaning up the jobsite, we received a letter from the Revdex.comWe wish we could have resolved the issue soonerAgain we are sorry for any inconvenience that may have occurredOur goal is to satisfy ALL Virginia Paving customers.Sincerely,Virginia Paving
Due to the customers concern of course spots in her drive way we agreed to reseal Mrs***’s drive way three times in hopes to satisfy a nice customers requestAfter three seal coatings the drive way will not need to ever be sealed againWe try to leave all of our customers happy and satisfied with their requests, unfortunately after three coats of sealer we will not be able to get the drive way absolutely perfect due to the nature of the materials used in asphalt paving and sealingMrs*** has been very nice to work with and we hope that with the most recent coat of sealer she has been satisfied with her work. Due to the customers concern of visible course spots in her drive way we have came to the agreement of sealing her driveway We have applied one coat of sealer to repair the drive way and had an appointment for Wednesday 9/to apply another coat of sealer but due to the weather we were unable to
do soWe have been in contact with Mrs*** and as soon as the rain and weather clears up we will be able to apply another coat of sealerWe will have the driveway to Mrs***’s satisfaction as soon as weather allows. SINCERELY,PATTY BOURNE VIRGINIA PAVING

I am writing to respond to the letter Virginia Paving sent on October I have not spoken to Patty or Bryan Bourne of Virginia Paving since September I am still not satisfied with my driveway and now the asphalt (not the sealer) is cracking openThe crack is about 4ftlongI called Virginia Paving on Friday, October and asked to speak to Patty or Bryan BourneThe lady in the office said they had already left I told her who I was and about the crack in my drivewayShe said she had my file in front of her and she would give them the messageSo I am waiting for Virginia Paving to get back in touch with meI am e-mailing pictures of my driveway since it was sealed for the third time and of the asphalt showing the CrackPlease contact me if you have any questions Sincerely, *** ***
