SCAM/ FRAUD STAY AWAY FROM MISS FASHION GLOBAL
These people are scammers, they first talk you into signing up for a beauty contest by asking for $500 entry fee even though they are themselves advertising a free entry to the contest on a photo shoot contest of which it clearly says if you win with most votes which ofcourse they ask you to buy your own vote to get the prize which gives you free entry to fashion model contest where they make you sign a contract which binds you to stay in hotel they pick which is again another $1000 for 5 days which is mandatory , plus they bind you in buying outfits from their own boutique where the outfits are very cheap and tasteless. I got sucked into this scam, by the agent who calls herself the ambassador of miss fashion model and says she own franchise of 3 states, but if you try to look these people up on insta nothing is shown expect a generic account same goes for fb accounts. the photo contest clearly looks like money making business in name of donations for some charity how can people post half naked pics asking for donations ? I wish I would have researched this more prior to signing up for such contest, I only found out more after the fact that I had entered the contest and saw many vulgar pics, the models can buy their own votes in order to get the most donations to win their own crown and if they end up buying their franchise for $10,000 each than they are automatically given the crown as a winner, this is how things were explained to me I found all this very shocking and started researching more, and found out that the contest was advertised as "free entry " but tracy the agent charged me $500 to enter the fashion global contest? plus the owner who called me to convince me to get the franchise for $10,000 was trying to sell me 3 states at a time and wanted money immediately, with out explaining me all the details ?. the agent tracy was very pushy and kept saying people buy 6 states at a time and even are participating at the same buying franchise and being in the contest which is conflict of interest ? but who cares as along as they get to make money ? they will let you win!. I was explained that if I get the most votes I get to walk in newyork fashion week and the hotel will be paid for . but than the story changed after finding out about the franchise which was advertised for only $3000 but the owner wanted $10,000 from me, with out showing me any numbers of how much business they are doing ?. I called and emailed the agent tracy and the owner Terrance shaw immediately with in 24 hours of entering the photo contest and asked to me removed from the contest but tracy did not take no for an answer and was rude to me and wanted me to "close the deal " by signing the contract to purchase their franchise which I couldn't afford , she even put pressure me by saying she only gave me a discount code to use to purchase put fits for the contest which is mandatory to buy only from their boutique of which the discount was only $60? vs she wants me to pay them $10,000 for 3 states that's $30,000 for franchise fee for some beauty fashion model business with out seeing any numbers, no accounts? no paperwork or any proof but only take their word for it .
hence I again refused and tracy insisted I should talk to the owner ? so the owner calls me the next day on july 1st and is now convincing me to buy the franchise for $4000 ? instead of $10,000 for 3 states? and upfronting him he says that $3000 special was back from 2019 and is not longer valid and this a huge money making business and he can easily sell this franchise for $10,000 each but is doing me a huge favor by offering discount and selling me for $4000 and I should sign the contract immediately ?. I asked him to show me some sort of proof as he told me people are minting money in this business and getting 10 to 20 models to sign up for $500 each model just like they did to me ?. again just words? but the website shows a "free listing " of the contest ? but they wanted to charge me $500? and put me on a payment plan.
than the owner Terrance says he will send me the contract and I should sign immediately and he will start training immediately on july 5th? but he never sends me the contract as I had been asking questions which made them feel uncomfortable as this whole thing is a scam !.
I again emailed them both tracy and terrance asking for refund I get the run around tracy again says she will talk to her team as this is a "donation " for $1000 they made me pay to win my own crown ? plus she charged me $500 to enter the contest from which $100 was already paid to her. even though the contest was free entry if we win the photo contest . tracy now tells me she will do one time favor and refund me after 30 days the $1000 but again not giving me any proof ? I again have to take their word for it ?but will keep the $250 as she says there is cost involved as I signed up for the contest which was free to begin with ? and she than makes another excuse that it cost money to take pics ? but again the pic was upload from my computer they have not spent a dime on me yet ? but still want to keep the $250? and I insisted on a full refund ? as she story kept changing and she was extremely rude to me her true colors came out and she refused to refund me the $1,350 which is already spent for this contest.
mind you if I stayed in the contest I would still owe them another $500 for the entry fee which they make us sign ? plus cost of hotel which is $1000 for 5 days ? as part of contract we are binded to stay there plus spend on costumes per contract which is another $500 ? plus you have to get the most donations to win ? hence you end up paying more and more until the voting is closed in October which is only 3 months away from now ? .

so basically it will start off as a free contest but it isn;t it keeps adding up and than you are talked in to buying a franchise for $10,000 and that too not just one but atleast 2 or 3 states togather, as tracy told me one person bought 6 states together ? and I am thinking how can these people afford to spend $10,000 on some franchise? with out seeing any paperwork if this is even real ? the answer is its NOT so please be ware they have my $1,250 which they refuse to refund in the name of donation ? which again is a sham as people donlt ask for charity by having half naked and vulgur pics on their website this is wrong hence I immediately wanted my money back but the owner and tracy refused I have emailed the owner many times terrance never even once acknowledged my emails he only called me when he wanted the $10,000 from me ? but not when I want a refund ? DO NOT JOIN MISS FASHION GLOBAL CONTEST ITS BOGUS ! ITS A SHAM ! ITS A SCAM ! POST THIS TO EVERY PAGE ON FB AND INSTA TO WARN GIRLS

This was a really expensive poorly thrown together girls trip! We where all charged double even triple the original price should have been! Workshop was a good chunk of money for what I can best describe the 1st day of kindergarten! We talked about being scammed ate “sandwiches and pizza” walked in circles around a picnic table! a sadly a good indicator of the entire weekend ! We where thrown in a tent freezing in 30 degree weather in swimsuits with heaters promised the following day we never got! Every women there pissed as we spent more on this then a destination wedding cost for 20 people! So many women in the same cheap Dresses! The whole thing was Such an embarrassment I wont even tell anyone I went or was ever there! It says alot that 5 women from last year showed up and were pissed as from there faces where clearly made promises That where never upheld! The Only good part where the women's sprits threw this whole thing they where amazing Kind and wonderful! Owner is just worried about the money he gets and strangely almost hides From everyone! When you try to find any magazines the winner is promised to be in Or look passed all the social media (The Company made) You cant find anything thats actually Real! As they are using cheap video editor templates to pretend they are a real “successful”! It all seems to be Nothing about the women and everything about proving to someone they are sooo successful! If your looking to waste $2000-5000$ This is the place for you!

Several issues that occurred while working with this "company" diligently over an entire year. I was hired in as the Lead Makeup Coordinator for the event and we had contracted out an agreement that My own business, Jala Design Studios was responsible for recruiting, organizing and managing backstage hair and makeup stylists during the weekend-long event.

Event took 1 year to plan during that year, it was agreed upon role would be, how I would be compensated as well as my team of stylists. I took the opportunity for a very low compensation rate, knowingly so, since I could sense how much assistance the owner needed with basic business practices in order to run his company in the most professional manner. Not only did I serve as the lead glam team coordinator backstage for the finale event, but I also picked up several more duties that were not agreed upon originally to aid in the owner's disorganization. I have an extensive resume of experience of successful and organized events of even larger scale than this.

The day of the competition, there was a discrepancy with accounting to compensate the artists I had been in charge of. The owner, ***, when asked discreetly to have a private meeting to review this matter, burst out on a rage in front of his entire audience screaming at me, huffing and puffing. It was my job to keep tabs on company budget. I kindly dismissed myself from the event and went along to finish my notes privately. ***, came and stole my notes from me, held them hostage so that I would not be able to fairly compensate artists for their hard work. Each and every artist (12) were forced to hang around for the next 4 hours unpaid, unaccommodated, untipped for only a measly check could not even cover parking, materials used, or even adequately nourish or feed them. It was a disgrace.

Stylists were so infuriated of how they were taken advantage of, they ended up stealing several thousands of dollars out equipment from my business, I had to take an insurance claim on.

Refund At final conversation, we agreed to never work together again. He stated all my compensation was up to date and I did not have any debts to him. Now, four mo.s later he has filed fraudulent claims to take back my paycheck of what I earned. I worked hard for an entire year and thru a life debilitating diagnosis for his company. I even came out of pocket $400 to feed staff over 3 days. Pay me my OOP expenses + Paypal chargeback - receipts provided upon request. In a TIMELY MANNER

Hello Roth,
I want to say that *** has been harassing me for months. She said she sold several products for cosmetics and hair. My business paid for 500 eyeliners that was never delivered. She also claims to be a hairstylist but does not have a license. I have blocked her from contacting me in every way.
Please see a few attachments of her criminal record that I received from a client.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
To whom it may concern, there is no PO order for the claim *** is making regarding eyeliner purchase, nor proof of purchase. Upon status update of shipping liners, he stated he no longer wanted them and instead obtained full makeup kits from NYX with no notice. Therefore he forfeited his order at suppliers cost, a huge discount that is not offered to the public. I hold all resale certificates pertaining to resale of retail items in the state of Florida. I am NOT a licensed hairstylist, I am a licensed COSMETOLOGIST license number provided upon request. Will not be uploaded in this response since it is personal and this information is publicly posted. I am not a criminal, nor are any findings on my background of legal criminal classification. A background check was not required at the time of hire nor through the 2 years that I worked with him sham. So that statement is completely irrelevant to taking back my compensation that is owed to me. Requesting proper compensation for my artists whom are also licensed professionals is not harassment. It is my job and duty of being a leader for my team. I worked the entire year of 2017 with no compensation and proof of that entire years work including notes, emails, photos and correspondence and follow ups from that year. *** had inappropriate interactions with his contestants and models during the event weekend which is way out of work conduct rules. Since he has violated any and all privacy rules and laws by giving out my personal information with out my consent, I have hired a private investigator and now a lawyer for his untruthful and proposterous claims to get out of paying people who put in the work under his watch. His company, Miss Fashion global is not even registered to do business in the state of Florida, nor do they report earnings, profits or taxes statewide or federally. He receives money from contestants, shows, events out of state and from franchise partners who buy in and all goes unreported. If he does not satisfy my proper resolution requests, the other stylists who were scammed will be following suit and submitting reports since he keeps evading a couple hundred dollars. Will cost him alot more in lawyers and legal fees. I had to provide my team with volunteer/charity service hours under my business name along with out of pocket money to compensate them for the chaotic production they worked for.
