I am rejecting this response because: I could not get ahold of ANYONE on the 17th. After many attempts to call and hanging up each time I decided to leave it for another day. I have had many experiences with driving to the studio and NO ONE being there. I was not going to drive there just to find out the studio was closed. This is unprofessional and shows that this is a business that is difficult to work with-limited hours and repeated attempts to get ahold of someone. When I did get ahold of the individual who sent me the drop forms, I had to make several phone calls back to the studio because I kept getting 'disconnected'. How strange!  Once again showing how difficult this business is when dealing with customers. All I am asking for is a one time refund. I will pursue this matter. I have documented on my phone the repeated attempts to call and no one answering my calls and when a person does answer I had to repeatedly call back. Very difficult to do business with someone who acts like this.
