We certainly apologize for Mr. [redacted]s frustrations and are working dilegently to satisfy and get the spreader working to his expectations. Unfortunatley he was not aware that it can take up to 30 days for Fed-ex to pick up the parts that he was returning. We tested and sent him out another control box and upon receiving it he is to communicate back to us if it meets his expectations.

This complaint was actually taken care of when we received the complaint, The customer returned the parts he ordered incorrectly and the money was applied to the parts he actually needed and he paid the difference and has his parts. Please let me know if you need anything...
