Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: I did not use extended control round upBefore I scheduled the first power seeding with Lawn Doctor, I did apply a chemical that kills the grassThe instructions on the bottle stated that I should not attempt to plant grass for days following applicationWhen I called Lawn Doctor to schedule the power seeding I specifically mentioned that I do not want them to come for weeks so that I can be certain that the chemical that was applied will not interfere with the seedingThe woman assured me that she will make sure that they don't come to do the seeding until thenSure enough, within one week they showed up while I was not home and sprinkled seeds all over my yardI immediately called them to ask why they came so early after we had specifically arranged otherwiseThe woman told me that she will have her manager call me backWhen her manager called me back he assures me that since I did not use extended control round up I have nothing to be worried about and the grass will grow just fineSince I knew that there is a money back guarantee and they were being extremely friendly and courteous, I paid for the services and I trusted their word based the many years of experience that they have in this fieldWhen the next season arrived and the grass had not yet grown in I began to suspect that something was wrong but when I called them again they reassured me that everything will be okayAll this time I continued to pay for fertilizing treatments which I obviously only wanted because I was hoping that the grass will end up growing in (what use do I have from fertilizing the ground if there is no grass growing)When I finally realized that this was not working I stopped making payments as they clearly advertise that the work is guaranteed or your money back

Looking at this customers profile. They continued with our service until 6/29/15. They paid their bill on 7/6/2015. We did do an additional treatment for weeds on 5/8/2015. It was requested 5/4/2015. The reason they canceled is they were going to do it themselves
to save money. I don’t see any reason to for the Revdex.com to get involved. No other communications occurred during their time as a customer. I believe the timing of the weeds may have been soil temperature and weather related. I does happen during the early part of spring when we do our first treatment. The ground is cold and little weeds are showing. If the weather warms up quickly all the dandelions could pop all at once. Maybe this occurred but we do free call backs with no issues. Not sure what happened here to get to this point based on what we have in our system. Hope that clear up the issue. Thank you ***
Date Sent: 1/14/11:13:AMPer our conversation, the customer did get a fall seeding and services. They paid for service and the power seeding. We guarantee the seeding for one year. In this case, the customer used extended control round up on his own. This
product kills the grass and he had areas where no grass would grow due to this. As a result he stopped paying for the services. We did go back during the first two services of the season and try to grow grass in those areas applying more seed. This is when it occurred to us it was extended control round up the customer used. We did reach out to him via mail and phone multiple to get payment to no avail as he owed from his last service of and two services in 2015. We also had the collections company send a letter. With no response so it got escalated and now shows on his credit report. I hope this help explain the situation
