Dear [redacted] ,This complaint letter is the response to complaint ID of [redacted] .On November 6,at 9:20am, the customer came to our carwash with her babyShe told our driver not to vacuum since she just vacuumed her vehicle at the gas stationOur driver therefore pulled her vehicle into our carwash tunnel and pushed it through without vacuumingNo mats were removed from her vehicle.The customer left the premises once her vehicle was washedShe later returned to claim her mats missingWe have recorded surveillance system which clearly shows that no mats were removed from her vehicle.If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.Sincerely,Bill K
