My daughter participated in the MissTeen california 2014-pageant in October I have been calling them to get information on the Photo CD I purchased with no luckI have not received this yetEverything was paid in full and I have yet to talk to anyoneI concerned that I have been scammedEither they don't answer their phone or they take a message and no one ever calls you backI put out a lot of money into this and its very sad the they are being so unprofesional !

Either they don't answer their phone or they take a message and no one ever calls you back. I put out a lot of money into this and its very sad the they are being so unprofesional !

Same story as so many others. Pay $129 for a CD. Did not receive the CD. Miss Teen Photo Services does not answer their phones. They go to city to city taking money from people and I believe with no intention of honoring one contract or commitment. I truly believe that the whole pageant is a sham. A show put on for income alone. No recourse.

Paid $129 for CD of pageant. Received nothing. Since they do not answer phones you cannot speak to customer service. HA - of course customer service does not exist. Look at all the "reviews" - they go from city to city taking money and doing nothing. How do you stop this? Pretty much believe the whole pageant is a phony show for $$$$.

Review: Ordered a picture cd from miss teen photo services back in late march for miss teen ** pageant.was in contact with them until about a month ago.only the answering machine picks up.paid $129.00 but have not received the cd or a phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like the cd of my daughter in her pageant.that is the reason why I did not take pictures of her at the event because they were suppose to take close up pictures of the pageant.this is a once in a life time event for her.I just want the pictures

Review: I entered my daughter in the 2014 Miss Teen Pageant competition. The competition took place on October 27, 2013. Before the pageant took place I purchased a pageant photo cd which

was to include the training class photos, casual wear photos, personal interview photos, formal wear photos and any photos taken throughout the pageant. They told us to allow four to

six weeks for final processing and delivery of the photo cd. I purchased this photo cd on October 26, 2013 and paid $129.00 and I have the receipt. I have given them ample time to deliver

the cd to me and I have received nothing. I have made several phone calls to the Miss Teen Photo Services and they tell me the person I need to talk to was not there and to leave my

information and they would get back to me. I have heard nothing back from these people. It is now December 19, 2013, this is totally unprofessional and irresponsible on their part. I want

what I paid for. They have my money and I don't have the photo cd which I purchased, this is not right.Desired Settlement: I would first like them to apologize to me for not delivering on what they said they would and for ignoring my attempts to resolve this. I want them to send the photo cd which I paid

$129.00 for.

Review: Our daughter participated in the Miss. Teen Atlanta 2013 pageant in March 2013. We have been emailing and calling them to get information on the Nationals pageant in December in Orlando with no luck. We also purchased a photo cd and we have yet to receive that either. Everything was paid in full with either business checks or credit cards. We are growing concerned that we have been scammed since there has been NO contact back. We put out a lot of money.Desired Settlement: I would either like to have our order satisfactorily fulfilled or have my credit card refunded for the purchase.

Review: The product to be delivered was a photograph portfolio from my daughters pageant with a guarantee that it would consist of pictures from each style and event. When I received the disk it did not have the pictures of her "formal" dress. Furthermore, the pictures were amateurish and the delivered product was something a teenager would produce. When I called (approximately 6 months ago) the business representative ([redacted]) said that she would pay a complete refund and the return would be reflected on my credit card. After not receiving the refund, I called again and they ([redacted]) stated that they would need to send a check. I still have not received my refund and now cannot get anyone to answer the phone.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive my refund of $129.00 and make sure that anyone who deals with this Company is aware of the below mediocre service and the terrible customer service.
