I am rejecting this response because: My boyfriend and I were beyond embarrassed and humilated that our massage ladies were laughing at us during our massage When they asked "you pay(meaning tipThen gave us water)" I told my boyfriend not to tip because everything that happen.We were talking about it in the car for over 20minutes because He was humilated and said idk why I tipped, we have never been made fun of in a massage they literally were making fun of my body it made me feel self consciousI wanted to leave and take you with me but I didnt know how you were feeling.He then told me go back and tell the manager what happen [redacted] agreed that they were new and did not speak english at allBut he felt bad because they were talking and laughing during our massage which was suppose to be relaxingHe said he was going to have a meeting with everyone in his office to never talk or laugh in a massageIf they would have spoke english and talked to us about us it would have been a different storyWhispering and laughing is not professional in any massage business and even [redacted] her own husband agreedThey were ok massage they didnt ask what areas to work on, what hurt us, what they felt tension in nothing and to add on top of that not being professional when it came to handling our hour/quiet relaxing massage [redacted] does not understand that what happen was not rightI understand they have family but us as young adults work hard for our money we commute everyday from corona to buena park which ranges from 1hour to and 30commute especially on the freeway for our jobs making about minimum wagePaying high rent here in riverside countyWe just wanted to go in to relaxWe travelled over 30minutes to get what would be a star massage to it being less then the best If [redacted] went with her husband [redacted] to a massage place knowing they work hard bearly making it to have someone talk about them and be laughing during what is suppose to be there relaxing time to get away from there problems they would be fighting for this too They treated me unprofessional as well, they blocked me from callingDidnt answer any of my emailsTook down my yelp reviews downShe accuses us of wanting to fire her employees when we never said that, she kept misspelling my name and putting the same template shows she never caredIt still saddens me, and at this time dont even want to go get a massage at her location for only $off to be humiliated againNo I would like a full refund of everything

I got your 2nd letter today regarding the case number above Please see the fact below: The customers paid $each person and got one full hour’s full body massage from our masseuses After they finish the massage services and walk to front desk, they said “good massage” and they paid $each to both masseuse for the “TIPS” Our masseuses spend full hour, use their energy and professional massage skills to service on both of themThe masseuses both have family and children, they drove minutes to work everydayThey did the hardworking that no one can understand, just for feed their family and for their living Ms***’s main perpose is asking us to refund the money to her To be fair for everyone, We can not refund the money to Ms***If we do the refund, that’s un-fair to the masseuses, Ms*** and *** Now, we can only offering both $disscounts for their next time comming Thanks alot for your time to do all of these Wish you have a wonderfull day

I am sorry to hear about the consumer's complaint.   The fact and history are below:   On 10/04/2017, I got a call from my employee regarding Ms. [redacted] like to speak with me.   She states she feel our employee laughing to her for something.   I was talk with her for about 10...

minutes and explain we have no any reason to laughing to our customers, we are very high training for the professional massage therapists.   Maybe you and our employees got the misunderstanding to each other. And, I was offer $10 gift card for her and her boyfriend for her misunderstanding to us. She said she don't want the $10 gift cards and will not come back to us. I still talk with her for the misunderstanding, and she said OKAY and finish the conversation, then she left our Store.   Then I asked our masseuses Ms. [redacted] & [redacted] for what happen. They said everything as usually, the couples both did 1 hour massage in the couple room. After they finish the massage, [redacted] & [redacted] asking how's feeling for the massage today, they said good and gave  "$10 TIPS" for each masseuse.   10 minutes later, the coming back and asking to speaking to our manager. Then our employee call me for her.    (Also I asked about the laughing, and they swear they did not laughing to the customers.  )   (attachment 1) Please see the picture for the worksheet for [redacted] & [redacted]'s job for them on 10/04/2017. Also, they paid $100 for the 1 hour couples massage $20 for the tips, see the receipt.     Same day at the midnight, I received a yelp's 1 star review from Ms. [redacted]. After read the review I found a new story from her, she wrote us dirty everywhere, no professional massage, everything bad for every detail. Please see the (attachment 2) for my reply to her on YELP (10/05/2017, 1:42am). After I reply her on yelp, she did not re-reply to us anymore.   THE NEXT MORNING, she call us and talk to me, she asking me to refund her $110. I told her our masseuses spend full 1 hour, the best professional massage skills and personal energy to their body. I can not refund the money. Also, I told her she can dispute the credit card charge to us, because she paid the fees for credit card. I trying everything to talk with her, she won't accept any for a long long time. I have to work and another important call for business, that's why I finish the call with her. She still call & call, but I am talking with others. That's why I use the block call to her.   10/05/2017, When I go back to checking the Yelp, I found YELP hiding her 1 star review in (not recommended review)   SAME day, I got a call from my employee (The other's Location for Miss U Massage Spa, "the location belong to different partner & me"), said Ms. [redacted] want's speak with manager.   I told my employees, this is not ONTARIO location she did the massage, and we have different partner, asking them just leave message and time for me. She call many many times to bother all my employees at the same day. when I got the message from my employees, I call her and ask her to accept 2 $10 gift card, but she still won't accept.       10/06/2017, she wrote another 1 star review to my NORCO location on YELP. I was kindly reply to her the same and willing give her 2 $10 gift card. She still not answer to me.   10/07/2017, AGAIN, YELP automatically take her 1 star review down from my Norco Location. Same day, I check the Ontario location on Yelp, her 1 star review also gone from our page.     Dear [redacted],  Please go to YELP, GOOGLE's app, looking our company's reviews. All are true and almost rating to 5. We are very professional and highly training business and employees. We never treat our customer anything as Ms. [redacted]'s statements, bad massage, laughing, dirty, unprofessional.... [redacted]
