Review: I brought my pants to be altered to this Dry Cleaning location. She had me pay in advance and gave me the receipt. She also appeared to write me in the computer under my families account, we have been going to this location for 30 years. It seems to be under different management. When I went to pick up my pants she had no record of me in the computer and claimed never to have seen me. I had lost my receipt, which is my mistake. I have gone into thie Dry Cleaners in previous occasions and did not need a receipt because I was properly placed in the computer. She did not have a record of me and would not look further for my pants.Desired Settlement: I would like my pants back, with the alterations I ordered. If she cant give them back to me because she lost them, then I want the cost of my pants and my alteration refund. Pants were $25.00, alterations $8.00. I did not appreciate wasting my time here and being treated like I had never been there before.

We are friendly cleaners and gave 30% discount to our customers for all dry cleaning at 4
days delivery product all year long. The complaining customer walked in the
store and gave me a telephone number to see if she has a new pick up. Our
computer showed no new pick up for her at the telephone number she gave. The
information shows last visited or transaction was on Jan [redacted] 2013. I asked
her if she has another telephone number so we may search her new pick up. She
gave me a few and her name and no avail, we could not get further. The
customer got upset and insulted me, my younger son was there and overheard
the sentence " I can't believe you can't remember my face?!" So i
asked if she could give me a pickup ticket/receipt and also told her there is
another cleaner at the corner. She started to search her bag for 5 minutes
and she walked out of the store. Before she went, she said she will be back
with receipt. Until today , we haven't seen her. A receipt was provided for a
reason, liability and smooth operation practice. And, we still willingly to
allow almost all my customers to pick up their clothing even without a
receipt by signing the book and we are taking the risk. By the way, our alteration
for pant hem is $8.50 and never $8.00. It is unfair to us that we always meet
customers venting their anger at us for no good reason, and do not treat us
with respect by pouring word abuse and we worked so hard for them.
