Review: I had a death in my family that I was dealing with and I needed to pay for a product that has not worked for my cat. I was getting email and phone call from the company. I still have the emails telling them that when I could get there I will pay them. The last email I sent I let the office know I would be in the next day to pay them and they said they sent the bill to collections on the 17 and this was the 22. I was never notified of this nor do I know who the collections
agency is all I got was a phone call from them a week later and have heard nothing else. Now my credit is messed up and I have no clue of were and why I was not notifies of anything. I tried to contact Mission Animal and Bird and they have not replied.Desired Settlement: I would like this taken off my credit and I can pay the company my self like I was suppose to do, especially since they knew I was coming to pay.
