I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Really? seriously?? now its an accusation from them? Lets just deal with the facts shall weI NEVER called Mission Auto Sales "cursing threatening and yelling" at anyone because the last person at Mission Auto Sales I spoke to was The Owners wife who by the way is the person who is responding to this complaint with this nonsensical, and Adolescent, accusation claiming I called and cursed and threatened someone when this DID NOT happenI unlike her and her staff am very polite and professionalHowever, if you'd like me to call you out, good let us begin shall we???
When I last spoke to *** about this "accusation", she would NOT produce the phone number received, nor who took the call but claimed they record all the calls which is a clear FCC Violation without consent but she is a grown woman and should know thisHer actions clearly don't reflect such due to her response but there it is.
I have searched my phone records and can find no such call from my phone number as I only called their onceOh heres an interesting question, when did they call me telling me that I can come pick up my property? When? no such calls EXIST in my phone recordsNONEAgain her integrity is in questionInteresting isn't it.
On the issue of the car, I think its interesting how absolutely NO DUE PROCESS was atheared to and I received NO "letter" via supposed certified mail from Mission Auto SalesIf Mission Auto sales is really so hard up that they have to resort to lying, making accusations, and finally to add insult to injury stealing some folding chairs out of the back of the car which was Voluntarily repossessed as stated in the first and only phone call to them, then I believe their shady business practices need to be questioned further.
Lastly I thought that the owner himself, would be more willing to handle this in a civilized manner instead of sending his wife to make accusations and tell shadowy stories of threats without a single shred of proofBut of course when you're dealing with people like this, and their sole purpose is to rip you off and scam you at all costs, you can't ask for any type of courtesy, let alone due process or down right COURAGE or even GUTS enough to be civilized enough to handle things like this in a more adult manner
My recommendation to The staff at Mission Auto Sales is to grow up, act like adults if possible, grow some spine if you're capable of such an act and finally find a business plan that doesn't involve trying your best to discredit your customers because you don't like the fact that you've been found out for being a shady business and on the Revdex.com's Radar for all to see.
Note to all concerned, the next ***e you want to cause someone of something, be adult enough to have some proof to back it upHeresy isn't proofThis is for the uneducated personnel at Mission Auto Sales

Good Afternoon,
This complaint is untrue, the vehicle was not stolen from the customer it was

manor, then denied making the call completely.
Our company operates in a professional manor and does not speak to our customers or even
our potential customers in a negative fashion.

Our company also spoke to the customer immediately following the repossession letting him
know that he is very welcome to come by our location any[redacted]e and retrieve all of his personal property
that was in the vehicle at the [redacted]e of repossession. The customer never arrived to retrieve said property.
Also, in accordance with the law the vehicle was properly inventoried and the inventory list was sent
to the customers known addresses via certified mail.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership less than 10 months ago. From the first night I had the vehicle, I have had issues with it. I notified the dealer within 24 hours that I was unsatisfied with the vehicle and I was unable to return or get any sort of trade-in for the issue. I was told by the dealer that the vehicle was AS IS. At the time I was unaware that I could truly do anything else to help the situation. The vehicle has been prone to many issues that have all to my knowledge been pre-existing issues. I finally was able to convince the dealer to fix some of the issues that have been ongoing with the vehicle, however after going in to pick up the vehicle on several occasions, I have been unable to even drive the vehicle home. Since I took it back for repairs I have not driven the vehicle. The final time that I went to pick up the vehicle, I was unable to even get into the vehicle to see if it truly worked or not.Product_Or_Service: Honda Accord LXAccount_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like for my vehicle to be repaired, if that is not possible, than I would like for a refund for all the money I have put in for this vehicle. Business Response The vehicle was purchased about a year ago. The customer brought it into the shop to have a radiator fixed. Our mechanic notified us that someone had messed with the car, and a lot of the electrical system wasn't working. When we notified the customer, her son stated that him and his friends had tried to fix some things on their own (only making the issues worse) the mother stated she only wanted the radiator fixed. We gave the customers a heavy discount only charging $60 per hour and discounting 1 hour of labor and a large percentage off the parts. Since the customers had messed with the electrical the car had issues starting due to the security alarm. This is a complete separate issue and the customers are well aware of and declined to have us fix it. We do not understand why a complaint was filed the car mechanically runs fine and the customers have taken the vehicle back.

Review: [redacted] and his Boss [redacted] haven't treated me right at all. I have asked for some basic information regarding financing of a vehicle and Mr. [redacted] was very very rude and had the most despicable attitude with me over the phone when I asked him exactly what [redacted] (the supposed leinholder on my vehicle which Mission Auto Sales Stole from my home through a tow company without any sort of due process at all.

[redacted] is very condescending deceptive and has even had the audacity to threaten my wife with bodily harm plus he has recently tried to cause me of calling him and threatening him when I haven't spoken to him since July of 2013 about this very issue. Ofcourse when questioned about this, he will naturally state otherwise to cover his six but phone records don't lie and mine can prove it. I can't speak for his.Desired Settlement: I want an apology from Mr.[redacted] on behalf of Mission Auto sales for the way he's treated my wife and myself, along with a CLEAR EXPLANATION, as to WHO EXATLY (even though I have it in the contract) is the leinholder on my vehicle that they stole from me without any sort of due process whatsoever, forcing me to file a police report. I'd also like to know from [redacted] why its obviously his practice to allow his dealers to deceive prospective customers.
