Review: Did not perform the full grooming service I paid for. I discovered the next day that the nails were not trimmed at all. My appointment at the Veternarian's (next day) saw the need for a nail trim and that had not been accomplished from the Dog Groomer on the previous day.
Manager at the Pet Salon told me the reason why the nails were not trimmed was because the employee said the nails were down to the cuticle. That is a lie. My dog is 12 yrs old and does not wear down her nails. If they admitted to not trimming the nails.....why was I not issued a refund for the charge ?? Her underside coat was not trimmed because she could not stand during the entire session. I was not issued a credit for that as well. They only offered me a free session....which I declined. If they can't get it right the 1st time I do not want to put my dog thru another uncomfortable ordeal again. I just want what is owed me, and that would be a refund on the money paid....otherwise they committed FRAUD.
I even showed the owner and the manager the receipt from the Vet that the nails were trimmed the very next day.Desired Settlement: Apology for their deception and a full refund
