Recognizing customer service representatives
Lady Lake, Florida Mission BBQ restaurant experience was next level.. First, Cashier Hayden could not have been more pleasant and receptive to a relatively complicated order.. He was patient and accommodating with all my special requests and did it with a smile on his face the whole time.. Then while in the dinning area I was approached by equally as pleasant a employee , Chelsea, checking to see if my food was good and asking me if there was anything she could do for me.. I noticed she did this with every dinning guests who seated all around, it was impressive, to say the least.. Lastly , I wanted to reach out to the manager, Todd Lucas, to identify his staff and again received nothing but a pleasant response and appreciation for bringing it to his attention.. For a minute, I thought I was in a Chick-F-la because they truly are the benchmark for customer service and professionalism.. Thank you for such a pleasant experience, it did not go unnoticed, especially in this day and age..
