I had took my rent to the office on October 4th, 2014, but upon arrival I notice that there was a sin on the door that stated that they were closed and would be back later but I did not want to wait to later to have to submit my money order because I was rushing to had to work so I had dropped it off in my drop off box. I get a not on my door on Monday morning that I did not pay my rent, so I had called the office and spooked with [redacted]. [redacted] said ok she will recheck the drop off box to see if it was stuck inside and will call me and let me know. on Wednesday I had a phone call from [redacted] stating that they checked everywhere and it was not found, so I called [redacted] where I got my money order from and upon tracking it had not been cashed, and if I wanted a refund that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to process. so I called the office back and spoke with [redacted] that they stated that the money order hadn't been cashed yet, she was like that's good that I kept the receipt that at least I can get my money back. I hung up because I was furious, so Thursday I took off from work and went into the office and saw her live and direct and with her body language she behaved non chalant with no sincerity about my money order, I told her I do not have another $407 to have to repay then turn around and pay full rent of $814 in the next two weeks. she then say I can do a promissory note that u will pay the $407 by Saturday the 18th of October, and she stated she would send it to my email. I said why would I have to pay money that I already pay on time again, she just kept quiet; so I left the office furious. 10 minutes leaving the office she calls me and was like "o yea, there will be late fee of $44 dollars added",I said why when I pay on time. she then said she will email her manager and see if she could waive the late fee,and till today 10/16/14,I still have not heard from them pertaining that.I then contacted the complain line and explained the situation,they said they would contact them,but no one didn't call backProduct_Or_Service: money order rentDesired SettlementI want them to credit my account the money I have to repay
