Mission Capital Crossing

I applied for an apartment unit and paid a $50 application fee that was shown as available. Turns out it's not available & I want a refund.
Recently I applied for a apartment unit at this complex and paid $50 for the application fee. It was for a specific unit and for a specific price. Turns out the company has false advertising and that unit is not available now and was stated on the website as available. They decide to call me and let me know that this unit is not available and proceed to urge me into another unit that it $100 to $200 more in price. I already paid an application fee and want my money back for applying for a unit that's not even available and should have not been posted on the website for that set price. I basically spent $50 applying to nothing.

Awful. simply the most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. they lied to my face, scammed me out of over $200. they are rude, unhelpful, and downright apathetic about the residents. how they have stayed in business this long is beyond me.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!I have lived here for over 5 years and management has changed several times but the current management is the WORST.Staff is ABYSMAL.They LIE and very unprofessional.I had
NO AC FOR THREE WEEKS.The appliances are OLD and PAINTED to disguise the look when you move in.My stove does NOT work been waiting to get it fixed for over 2 WEEKS.This place has gone down so fast.Its unbelievable.In the past years when it snowed during winter the walkways and stairs were salted and cleared..NOT ANYMORE..You don't get anything for your bucks.The POOL HAS BEEN CLOSED for over a year.The GYM was CLOSED for months even after renovations were complete due to security issues.Looking to have a quite restful night?NOT HERE!! the NOISE,loud music and a dog barking and when you report to the office they tell you to call the police.The previous managements sent out a Memo and a warning then the police..The buildings are old and getting lid of ROACHES is a big issue.I have tried everything...The management does not care,communicate or inform the tenants about anything.There is no connection!This is an apartment complex NOT an an apartment community so you DON'T FEEL AT HOME!

I have been without hot water since September 2017. I been in contact with them on several occasions. I also contacted Fair Housing authorities and they detected the problem and gave the property management 30 days to fix it, but they didn't fix anything during that time or give me any solution. Fair Housing came back and gave them 20 days and in the next eight days they will be overdue 20 days and the apartment complex people haven't fixed anything yet. Because of this issue my utility bills of water and electricity are extremely high. At this time I owe to the water $1200 and $1300 to the electricity without including this month. This will continue if they don't fix the issue.

I have lived at Mission Capital Crossing Apartments for close to 2 years. The "Current" Management Staff, and I use that term loosely (*** Property management) stepped in to the office September 2016. I have made Numerous request for repairs and maintenance for an entire year now and they have completely ignored all request made. I was pushed to the point of calling City of Raleigh Inspection Enforcement to make an inspection. The Inspectors did find Multiple code violation in and outside of my apartment. I received copy as well as management of violation from Inspectors on 9/14/2017. Today is 9/19/2017 and I have not received, a phone call, visit, notice, email or any type of communication concerning any plans for repairs, and quite honestly do not expect any. It has become very obvious I will be forced to take Legal action against this company. I strongly suggest not to even consider this Apartment Complex for future residents.
