***Attachments4:PM (hours ago)to me Hello *** I am replying to the letter I received dated February 2, I am the Broker here and this transaction was being handled by one of my agents in our officeIt was actually my Mom (***) who has been doing this as long as I can rememberMy Mom as an agent, has stacks and stacks of recommendation letters, as well as not one blemish on her licenseNo one in our family doesWe are all Realtors. I learned about *** *** first when she was under contract in another property when she wanted to cancel based on a home inspection reportI reviewed the report and found that in my opinion they were very small items that in the end the seller agreed to fix or give credit to*** *** decided to cancel that transaction anywaysSome more time went by and *** continued to show her properties eventually getting her under contract in this recent transaction that is in questionA few facts that I have been made aware of that I don’t think you may know, but in Real Estate contracts it is imperative that all parties act in good faithThe first instance that *** *** was not acting in good faith is when it was found out by HER lender that she was not a full time employee for the length of time that she stated on her applicationShe was temping for a period of time and this is one of the reasons that she could not get a loan with her lender at 20% downThey could however lend to her at 30% downThis was now another red flag in my opinionAt this point, and I am paraphrasing here, she was then recommended to a lender that we work closely with who could do the loan and she became unresponsiveShe also tried another lender that she selectedDon’t remember the name, but I know they were based out of ChicagoI remember *** contacting and working with that lender just to get *** *** on the phoneNo successBy this time the contingency period had come and gone and *** *** signed a full contingency releaseIt is attached Since the date of the letter that the Revdex.com has sent, *** *** has been returned her money by the sellerI have a full file with signatures and electronic signatures that can be sent should you need them, but like I mentioned, she has her money back and I have a physically signed Contingency Removal that she had to print, read, and sign. Regards, *** *** | Broker/Realtor

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me due to having received the entire amount of my deposit due to the seller finding another buyer.   I have now found a much more reputable Realtor that I will use for future real estate needs.  I will also use an attorney before signing any further real estate contracts to protect myself from "signing" any legal documents that I do not understand.  I thank you for your attention and assistance in this matter.
Regards,

Hello,
I have attached the fully executed contract.  The cancellation that I signed with no further instructions by my real estate agent.
Thank you,

Review: I believe this real estate agency failed to provide me with the proper representation during a real estate transaction which has resulted in the unfair decision to release the my entire deposit to the sellers. The real estate agent never advised me that I would be waiving or giving up all my contingencies, which was done on December 2014 during entering into a contract with the seller. Upon learning that my loan would be denied on January 15, 2015, my real estate agent was harassing me by stating to me that "all my money would be lost" if I did not use her lender and various disturbing texts received which I consider unprofessional. The bottom line is I feel that I should not be punished for the entire Earnest money deposit due to the lender denying my loan to proceed with the contract. We do not make enough money to hire a lawyer and have saved up this money to purchase a home for my seven-year-old daughter. I feel that the real estate agent was disorganized by sending batches of documents and just advised me to sign them. I didn't ask any questions, because I felt that my family and I were be represented by a professional. I would like the authorities to review this matter for me and all the documentation to make sure that our rights have not been violated. And also feel that we are victims also and should not be punished with $5,000.00.Desired Settlement: I would like a review of this entire transaction by the authorities. I feel that I was not treated fair by the real estate agents and the escrow company and making us feel like we are at fault. I need assistance with the cancellation of this escrow and the funds to be released to both the seller and buyer. We are struggling pay check to pay check to try to provide a decent home for my daughter, and I would like $2500.00 released to the sellers and $2500.00 released to us.
