The lien was removed weeks ago. I will verify that it has been done. I apologize for inconvenience. Hermantown lumber was the one responsible for the measuring of the windows three times and then accused us of mis-measuring when we went to do a verification. They sold the client the Windows and...
were responsible for measuring purchasing and delivery. We installed a couple temporarily to wait. Hermantown then charged me for the windows they re-ordered. We have been trying to resolve the issue with Hermantown to no avail. They have forbid us from contacting anyone, so I have not been able to do any QA or resolutions on site. We have removed the lien several weeks ago. Processing may take time, so I'm contesting the complaint being recorded. Once again, I would have and will do any QA items free of charge, but I didn't have any recourse for communication with anyone. Hermantown would not answer any calls or emails. They have not paid for any installs and owe us $40,000.
I am rejecting this response because: The business states that the mechanic's lien was removed weeks ago. I have not received confirmation of any such action. I understand that processing takes time. I am willing to drop my complaint after receiving notarized confirmation of lien removal and a signed mechanic's lien waiver to inhibit any future thoughts of repeating the same actions.

Mr [redacted] also included a copy of a letter of response sent to [redacted] of the Office of the Attorney General, explaining that the lien has been released.
I am rejecting this response because: As mentioned in my last response I am willing to cancel the complaint upon receipt of: 1. notarized confirmation of the removal of the lien 2. an acceptably completed waiver of lien against our property from your company
