Mission Debt Settlement Service Agency

Review: This company takes automatic credit card charges every month per a signed agreement we have and now their phone number does not work. I have tried the cell phone numbers for individuals from their business cards that work there and they are disconnected. I went to the office on Masidon Ave, in NYC and they are no longer there. The website says they are in Brooklyn now and that number, ###-###-#### has a facade of an answering machine with no space and no time given to leave messages. If you try to hit extensions no one picks up and you cannot leave a message. The "operator" is neven available. I urgent and pressing business to discuss with them per a legal agreement and I have not heard back from many many phone calls and emails. They claim they have settled an account and I have requested written proof of this with no repsonse. I want written proof of what accounts are settled and what amount I have paid towards that. Then I plan to discontinue my payments to them and I will settle my other account on my own. I do not trust them with my money or that they have in fact carried out their end of the legal signed agreement we have. If I do not get my money back or services rendered as agreed. I can sue for damages and breach of contract.Desired Settlement: I want written proof from this business confirming what accounts are settled and what amount I have paid towards that. Then I plan to discontinue my payments to them and I will settle my other account on my own. I expect refund to my overpayment to them for services not rendered as agreed. I do not trust them with my money or that they have in fact carried out their end of the legal signed agreement we have. If I do not get my money back or services rendered as agreed. I can sue for damages and breach of contract.

Review: I used the Mission Settlement agency services to help me pay credit card debts and other debts to which they had taken money for their services from my checking account. I ended up going into a nursing home and all of my income going to the nursing home for my care so I contacted the Mission Settlement agency to stop using there services and to have my money taken out returned back to me. I was sent a release form from the Mission Settlement agency t that required me to to sign, notarize and return to them which was done in May 2013. When I sent back the form to them I then tried to contact them to find out the status of my money being returned to me. I tried calling the phone number I had but no one would answer and the voice mail recording said the inbox was was full. I made several attempts to contact them to no success and I even had my son write a letter to them to no success either. The address I had for the Mission Settlement agency was Mission Settlement Agency Net , [redacted], the phone number I had was [redacted]. When I call this number I get a recording that said to check the number as dialed. I would like my money taken from me to be returned to me I went to the trouble of signing and notarizing and returning their form and they disappeared.Desired Settlement: For my money returned to me.

Review: I was recieving help from this agency to lower my debt. I paid them monthly and they didnt help me pay much of mu debt at all. It was then stated that the agency was charged criminally with fraud on various clients.Desired Settlement: I want to recover some of the money they took from me because the amount is not a little money and I would really like to recover it as they were charged by the state already

Review: There are several issues with this company other than the one I have choosen from your drop down menu. They scammed me into thinking they were helping with my debt. I made monthly payments that was to ensure a settlement with credit card debt. I received a letter from the escrow company letting me know they were terminating there business with Mission Debt settlement. When I contacted them they could only tell me there was $800 in an account that should have had more than $10000. I am at a lost now. Do I contact the police? I am not sure what to do so I am starting here and filing with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I either want all my money back or to have them finish our contract and settle my negotiations with my creditors and have the money that was collected pay for that settlement.
