Mission Del Rey

Two items arrived with damaged feathers. I called the company and spoke with ***. She stated I have to pay the shipping fees to ship items back.
*** stated she is the manager in charge and has no boss. She stated I was not cooperating with her after I gave her the order number and item #'s twice. She hung up on me. Refused to help me and states there is no one else in the company but her. I called back in several times. Left a voice message on the voice mail. Called back until she picked up and she stated I would have to pay the shipping fees myself even though the items were damaged due to whomever placed them in package all together.
